Never received our order.. currently 8 days late

After nearly 2 weeks of no order update or shipping of my order, I finally reached out to support. The support did respond quick. Which is the one good thing, they tried to help.
However, it took almost an entire month for an item I ordered to be shipped from a warehouse and arrive. Then when the item finally arrived it was not what I ordered.

I would reach out, but at this point it is more of a hassle to try and fix it due to the headache to even get my order to begin with.

IT'S AN AMAZING AND CREATIVE PRODUCT

I ordered a personalized mug as a birthday gift in April 2025 for my girl Summer, and I’m so glad I chose this vendor! When the original mug arrived with some damage, I contacted customer support, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Without any hassle, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost.

Their team has been great at keeping communication open, and I truly appreciate the effort they’ve put into making sure I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their products.

Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them and this one went above and beyond. I’m looking forward to ordering from them again in the future!

A personalized gifted mug (Birthday gift) came damaged to me in April 2025. After speaking with customer support, I was told that another personalized mug would be shopped out at no extra cost. It is June 2025. At the time of this writing I have emailed customer support 3 times and talked to them twice. The same person has positioned himself to work the phone and the email and he he has been full of hot air. No real answers as to a tracking number or when the mug was shipped or when it will be shipped. This is definately a buyer beware. There is no excuse for the way I’ve been treated over the phone. Please stay away from this vendor. You will thank me later.

We ordered the personalized mug and tray set for our coffee loving daughters’ birthday and when we opened the box it was broken during shipping .
The customer service was great .
Called me and expedited a new mug without any hassle and in time for her birthday.
Our previous thought of 1 star is now 5 stars.

Ordered a coffee mug, waited 2 weeks to find out.I was supposed to get it on a specific date then.I get another Email stating it's coming a week later. Extremely unprofessional if I would have known I would have not ordered from this company.
