The graphs are false
The market graph is embellished but false and thus is worse than if there was nothing. The misleading in app information made me lose 4000€ in 5min time (-55%~). The app and the staff behind it assume you have to install other apps to look at things they have in thier app but are bad.
Edit : Deblock décrit le problème comme cosmétique uniquement. Mais sur un graph informationnel, le cosmétique c'est la fonction du graph. L'erreur aurait été remonté et sera corrigé. En attendant j'ai pas revu mes 4000€

I have received my credit card and it can't be used
I have received my credit card and it still ask me to order one.
I have gone to the shop to use my card for 10€ to test and it reject, same at the ATM machine to withdraw.

A way to finally access international markets
Deblock is working in my country (French Polynesia), where local banks have difficulties to provide to the natives customers the means to purchase online and use their money in international markets (clothes, membership, crypto, etc.).
To possess a VISA card, people are obligated to justify to their bank a minimum wage of 180 000 CFP and a permanent contract.
Local bank fees are tremendously expensive.
Deblock is one of the way (revolut works in FP too) to access this markets for free and with more advantages in terms of currency.
Keep up the good work guys.

Incompetent staff
I asked to cancel a payment injuste made on internet and realized it was a scam. The payment is still pending , the deblock staff tell me they can't cancel the payment and i should contact the vendor to ask him to cancel my order. WTF?? It's not a vendor it's a scam i just made the payement it's not done already it's pending but they won't cancel it. Screw this service

We’ve reviewed your request, and we’d like to clarify how card payments work: Once a card payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled by Deblock. Initially, payments may appear as pending in the app, but this does not mean they are reversible. At this stage, the funds have already been sent to the merchant, and we are simply waiting for the merchant to collect them. This is a standard process for all Visa transactions, not just Deblock.
Here’s what happens next:
✅ If the merchant does not collect the funds, they will automatically be refunded to your account.
✅ If the merchant does collect the funds, the payment will be marked as completed.
If you believe the transaction is fraudulent, we can initiate a dispute with Visa. This process requires proper documentation, and Visa will assess whether the payment can be reversed.
We’re still waiting for further details on why you suspect fraud, so we can guide you on the next steps. We genuinely regret your negative experience, but please rest assured that you were not given incorrect information by our team. We’re here to assist you in recovering your funds in the best way possible.
