Afgebeld voor ingepland bezoek want al verkocht..

Spijtig dat je enkele dagen voor een ingeplande bezichting van een huis wordt opgebeld met de mededeling dat het huis verkocht is. Waarom plannen ze dan afspraken in ?? Natuurlijk neemt de eigenaar een bod aan maar hoe kan hij mijn bod weten ? De makelaar maakt het niets uit want verkocht = verkocht = commissie maar als potentiële koper blijf je met lege handen achter. Je kunt toch moeilijk een bod doen zonder bezichtiging ?! Veel eerlijker zou zijn dat er bijv. gedurende 2 weken bezoeken in gepland worden en de diverse kopers een bod kunnen doen en dat de koper dan (pas) beslist. Nu heb ik 1,5 week verloren in mijn zoektocht !
