I spoke with Sierra and I spoke with Amanda. Both of them are very professional and very good at explaining things when I had questions. The whole process went very smoothly a couple times I had to stop her and ask a few questions and she was awesome at filling in the blanks for me you have two awesome people working for your company And they’re just very easy-going and they are very helpful to let you understand everything in to the smallest detail so I just wanted to sing their praise to you in this review and thank you for helping me out and I’m so glad that those are the two guys I got to talk to you because they’re awesome.

Sokha was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been needing help with my situation for some time now. She understood my needs, answered my questions and put me at ease. Highly recommend National Debt Relief!

Sokha Ky made my experience with them seamless and it was great to talk to her she was easy to talk to and she did her job well I would recommend going to them and seeing about your own situation I was with another company and they were not doing what they said they would do so I switched to national debt relief

Amanda is an absolute angel. I was loosing sleep over my debt and my inability to get back ahead of my finances after a divorce and starting my life over- I used my credit cards. I buried myself and I could not get myself out of my hole, yet I work as a nurse and make fairly good money. I needed Amanda and this program at this exact moment. I could not be happier with the results already. Amanda made me feel heard and understood (which was not part of her job description, I’m sure), and she provided me the personal sense of security that I needed to actually accept help, which I truly needed. Very deceptive. The letter I received clearly stated "**Failure to Repay**" which led me to believe that some creditor had reported that I was not repaying my debt. Since I haven't missed a payment or paid anything late in the last few years, I was scared. None of what the letter said was true. I believe it was an attempt to scare me into calling. The advisor admitted that they use a 3rd party marketing firm and he didn't like the letter either. I called it a scare tactic.
At a minimum, the letter should have been more clear that it was an attempt to get business and that the data in the letter is an example, not based on my actual information.

I worked with Matthew. He was amazing. He was patient with me and also very thorough when answering my questions and concerns. He made the process smooth and calming. I am anxiously waiting now to see the results but so far definitely a 10/10 experience!

My first reach out from the company was from Steve, who called me back the next day so that I could be a little more settled at exactly the time that we talked about he was friendly. He followed up with a few more phone calls. I got information. I felt confident and comfortable with. I went ahead and started the process And stuck with it and my first payment has gone in. They do follow up with a few customer service phone calls don’t be intimidated just think of it as someone reaching out and helping you and if you really give it some thought, you’ll know that you have some questions and they have some answers…

I was having an incredibly awful day, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, What saved my day was talking on the phone with Nikki which was truly a blessing. She was compassionate, kind, patient, understanding, and so incredibly helpful. I cannot put to words how she help put my mind at ease over the difficult situation that I was in. The help and assistance that she offered me was one I needed, and she handled the entire situation with so much care and concern. She is extremely knowledgeable of her job And went above and beyond to provide me with all the needed information and help me every step of the way. I cannot sing her phrases enough, and I hope that she is acknowledged and compensated for her magnificence.
