Fairly prompt replies to emails
Fairly prompt replies to emails. Took a while to get everything on the portal to view I.E. payments etc. also had a very worrying email at the end of my Iva regarding one of the creditors, which threw me into a panic, but it was sorted out promptly

Extremely bad customer service
The company refuse to let you phone them, they have very tight arrangements and the call centres they do have tend to have really unhelpful and sometimes unpleasant attitudes.

Do not use
I never choose debt movement they took over the company I used originally who were call appature.
Since it moved the debt movement I've had nothing but trouble with them.
They tried to up payments to an unmanageable amount.
I finished paying my iva in December still not received anything about my account being closed.
Would aviod debt movement and use a different company

Good morning and sorry to hear about the issues experienced. The payments are based purely on your income and expenditure. As part of the terms of an IVA, if your affordability increases then you'd be expected to contribute more into the IVA - usually 50% of the the difference. Completed my IVA
While going through my IVA they were great, although I found things a bit impersonal as unable to speak with anyone on the phone. At the end I didn't hear from them for over 6 months. They didn't even advise when I'd paid the last payment, just as well I knew or I would have carried on paying. After 6 months received an email advising that all was completed. No advise how to move forward financially

I had cause to contact customer services today over an issue that had been causing me alot of stress and anxiety, my enquiry was quickly handled and dealt with today by Mia Elliott she was exceptionally helpful, polite and completly pro.

Almost impossible to get hold of anyone
Almost impossible to get hold of anyone when i need help and advice , phone numbers dont work , calls diverted to some sort of call centre, emails dont get replies , portal yes you guessed it that doesnt work either at my whits end think twice before you get involved 👎🏼

Good at the start of iva but come the…
Good at the start of iva but come the last 2 months of my payments I had to scrap my car and had to pay £20 a day 5 times a week in taxis to work and waited 2 months for a decision on if they would allow my finance for a car ! By then my iva had already been paid off !
