A friend of mine was getting hounded by this company for no reason - they never updated their system to reflect changes to the phone #. Whoever owned my friend's phone number prior had a lot of outstanding debts and apparently BDO was unable to update their information. Very archaic and poor internal processes.
Excellent Service -- Convenient location. The only compliant I have is that, I spoke with multiple people and when I had a meeting I thought it was with one person but it turned out to be someone different. Which is ok just kind of confusing. Also no free parking, you need a credit card to park in the under ground. There are meters near by that you can pay by change.
Other then the that they we are all really great people, very helpful, and honest. I feel more at ease and can finally get hold of my financial situation. It was a real struggle to pay all the bills, and rent, with pay day loans. The high interest was killing me, and BDO really helped out. I can budget again and feel like there is hope at the end of the light.
