I love the product

I love the product, their steel pans have quickly become my favourite. Once you know how to look after them (which is pretty easy) they are really excellent products. It get used in the oven and on the gas hob. I presume they might outlast me!

Amazing pan

Amazing pan. Bought carbon steel one, it does require maintenance, but it gives amazing results. So good that I ordered another bigger one.

My recommendation is to go for pro immediately, as it has better handle that is oright in the oven for any amount of time

Excellent service

Excellent service, delivery as promised and I ordered the Le tube, which is fantastic, used it now a couple of times and it's perfect.

Carbon steel can be a little different if you’ve not used it before, and seasoning does take a bit of getting used to at first. Once the pan has built up its natural cooking surface, it becomes much easier to use, but we understand that getting started can feel a little tricky.

Blue Carbone is a very good choice

I have regular plain carbon steel pans and now also a De Buyer Blue Carbone pan. It has user-friendly advantages. Once seasoned it had no tendency to stick. It is lighter at 2mm thick but is still firm and solid. The 'annealing' treatment prevents a tendency to rust. I like the plain metal versions too but they need a bit more care and service especially when new. Very good 'pro' feeling pans that should last forever.

So far, great product

Only had my pan for a week and after a false start with seasoning, I’m so far enjoying cooking with it. Unlike my experience with nonstick and stainless, so far it’s a joy to use. Solid, sturdy, efficient, it’s built to last.

Bit heavy, there is a learning curve.

Bit heavy. Bit of a learning curve. Think I'm getting there. Avoid trying to fry eggs at first. Was a bit gutted to realise I could have got it about £11 cheaper on Amazon. Delivered several days quicker than originally estimated.
