Deca.net won't offer a refund or replacement
I waited just under 3 months for my Decamove. Then Royal Mail (who decamove had contracted for the UK arm of the delivery) decided to leave it on the doorstop while we away on holiday with not even a notification email and torrential rain.
Parcel was thoroughly saturated and I asked for a refund or replacement (being a tech item, clearly labelled "fragile, do not get wet").
Royal Mail have completely admitted it's their fault but will only pay the costs back to Deca as it was them who contracted their services.
Deca.net are apparently unable to provide me a refund or offer me a replacement as it was Royal Mail's fault. Funny how I the customer seem to be out of pocket in this.
My experience has completely put me off buying anything further from the company. God forbid this happened with a VR headset costing hundreds of pounds.
