Hi Scott! Can you expand on this a little for us? Looking back at your order we were awaiting confirmation of the proof that we sent. We never received confirmation and held the job for as long as we could before going to print.
We feel that 1 star is a little unfair in this situation.
Vibrant colours and beautiful print quality
Colours are great and I love the finish. I'm currently testing how durable they are and they're very affordable for me. I wish the cutline wasn't as large and the backing on some of them isn't as clean cut and it is a bit tricky to peel away from the design compared to other suppliers, but at the moment they are the best value and print quality I've tested.

Decal Empire is a godsend
Decal Empire has proven to be one of the best services I have ever used. Not only is their quality extremely high at a convenient price, but their customer service has been phenomenal!
They have gone above and beyond to help me get my order on time for an event despite the short notice, which was a lifesaver.
Overall, Decal Empire is a godsend: they always get back to me promptly, and they are extremely nice, helpful and professional. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I can't recommend this company enough
I can't recommend this company enough. I've ordered quite a few times and always been happy with service and quality of the stickers. But with my most recent order, the levels of service was outstanding. I needed a very quick turn around, and he more than came through, even when I happened to be faffing around with the files late into the evening. He patiently waited and set them to print overnight. I received the stickers right before the deadline and couldn't be happier :)

I had a show coming up really quickly and needed some stickers last minute, and boy, did Decal Empire come through!
Within three days I had beautifully printed stickers, the colours were bold and quality second to none.
I have no reservations in recommend them, and know that they are my go to company for stickers in the future.
