I ordered a bottle of whiskey as a gift and on delivery the cap of the bottle was damaged in transit. I reported it and it was rectified immediately! A new bottle was delivered on the same day without any extra cost. Angelo was extremely helpful arranged for a new bottle to be delivered. Thank you for your speedy response!

I ordered the Springfield Work of Time 2012 vintage, which was listed as available on the website. However, I was sent the 2018 vintage instead, with no explanation for the substitution. I reached out to address the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. As any wine enthusiast knows, vintage years can make a significant difference, and this was a major disappointment. This was my first purchase with them, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I'm still very shocked at the silence re possibly fixing this. The strange thing is that website to this day still indicated stock available! Not impressed with their service at all!

Delivery was quick, the shopping experience was seamless and the follow up communication was professional. Our only suggestion would be for the whisky to be delivered in a box, rather than in bubble wrap in a plastic bag - especially if it is an expensive product.
