I ordered climbing shoes which were sent from France to Poland by partner shop(Sport&go) even it clearly showed it would be sent from polish partner shop(e-horyzont) in Poland. Shoes turned out too small so I handed them back to the adress shown in the app. After some time e-horyzont told me they didnt send me any product. Indeed I checked app again and this time it showed me some other return adress in France(sport&go). I contacted decathlon but they are unable to take back product sold by themselves so now I am forced to pay one third of item cost for shipping. Be careful not to order from a foreign country partner. I leave another additional star because I really enjoyed their products.

After half of a year, several complications and exchanged e-mails I still have no shoes but I recieved my refund. Adding one star for sake of really helpful employees.

I am extremely displeased with the services provided by this shop. Their unprofessional behavior has ruined my Christmas. Despite assuring me of timely delivery, they delayed it by two weeks, which is completely unacceptable. I demand that they take immediate action to rectify the situation and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered a coros pace 2 watch online and they sent me a cheap basketball instead so I emailed them and asked why and where is my watch, I received a few messages and finally got an update saying they got it wrong, I finally got my watch But they let me keep the basket as compensation

From 7 ordered panties on Sunday , First finished race on Tuesday. Second was cancelled on Wednesday. Five others are still running to me and can't finished up to Saturday. Just now looks like a " One week+ Marathon ".
