Super knowledgeable and technically competent approach

Throughout the years we worked with Decibel on the sound proofing optimisation of several public spaces (offices, restaurants) and on a private residences, as well.
On all of them their engineers gave an outstanding solutions and showed out if the box approach for solving the diverse acoustic problems of the different spaces.
We are very happy to work with so professional people.

Condition

16 panels ordered and not one was received in good condition.
Product is good but the packing and delivery conditions are something that needs addressing.

We want to assure you that the panels left our factory in impeccable condition, and we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, it appears that the handling and delivery by the shipping company may have led to the damage.

Our customer support team will get in touch with you and send images of the panels and boxes in your order before they left our factory. We would like to ask for your assistance with further investigating this issue towards the courier. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our processes.
