Absolutely terrible service
For someone who has dealt with many skateboard companies over the years they are by far the most unprofessional.
I believe they are affiliated with Kate’s skates so no further business with them either .
I had to go through PayPal to get a refund as they would not accommodate, it took 2 months to get my money a £50 refund . They refused to correspond we phoned repeatedly, no one answered the phone, no response to emails . Best thing to do is buy from someone else , they will take your money and don’t give it you back . Shut company down and go back to school .

All good, and prompt, free delivery on my shoes. Would very happily order from them again.

Got my skateboard delivered to me a day after I ordered it online. It was a birthday gift my mum got me for my 20th, a wicked welcome owl skateboard that I've been wanting for a long time. The delivery came with a note from the Decketed crew on the back of some dope freebies stickers which was really cool to receive. I can't say much on quality of the skateboard as I am a noobie to skating, but my mum's already regretting getting me a board as I can't stop bouncing around the house on the skateboard because I live on a hill. One thing I know for sure is that it's better to ride these boards than thoes skinny penny boards, and I'm so stoked to finally have my first skateboard.
