I recently ordered two Pokemon Terastal Festival Booster Boxes (Japanese High Class) from DeckCheck. Upon arrival, I discovered a major issue: one box was missing 2 packs (8 packs instead of 10).

​As a collector and YouTube content creator, I was filming an unboxing video at the time, so the discrepancy is captured on camera. Not only was the box short, but the "hit" rates were completely inconsistent with a factory-sealed Japanese High Class box (which has guaranteed pull rates). This strongly suggests the product was searched or tampered with before being sent.

​Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control and the integrity of the product. I have reached out for a resolution and am waiting for a response, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying sealed products here if you are a serious collector.

Ordered an ascended heroes bundle, item arrived however packaging not the best but not an issue as I opened it but worth noting for any sealed collectors. My main gripe is communication is poor, any messages or emails are ignored, almost as if you are classed as a scalper or a nuisance. Doesn’t take long to write a reply no matter how busy you may be, just some advice that customer service goes along way!

Never fulfil orders.

Had last two orders cancelled, no apologies, no explanation. Probably to scalp.

Save your money and instead of giving these guys a free loan buy elsewhere.

Best service, I ordered as a regular so avoided the hyped prices from other places, big respect for this service as they could easily be like the rest. Items sent and really well packaged. communication was clear and responsive when asking questions and i was fully made aware of nationwide delay. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

This shop overcharges for almost all of its items, the ones they don't overcharge for they do pre-orders on and then cancel people. Now, i use discord pings to help me get product that is hard to obtain - this retailer genuinely thinks they can stop this by cancelling all orders hit through discord notifications. You cannot stop it, whether its discord, reddit, facebook...people aren't just going to organically stumble across your website and find hyped products in stock hours after its been loaded. Waste of time, money and effort. You won't find anything at this shop that you can't find elsewhere for cheaper, and with less hassle. AVOID.

My pokemon box was bent and ripped, evri threw it over my fence and that could be the cause

Preordered 2 charizard boxes at the start of the year, I failed to keep an eye on the release date and I was less than polite to the support staff. They were patient with me even then and rightfully made me feel like a fool.

Package arrived in great condition, no hits but that's the hobby.
