It's a scam

It's a scam. I ordered €166 online for a postbox. Website looks legit. I was linked through Pinterest and I saw the same item amazon . I went with this one because it was slightly cheaper. And I mean slightly-10€. I chose free shipping. Said it could take up to 21 business days. Item never arrived. The tracking website they used said it had left the Netherlands after 2 weeks but I don't believe that. It is all a scam. Website should be shut down. I contacted my back and they have issued a chargeback.

I ordered a planter online with deco26

Item not delivered and no reply to customer services!! I ordered a planter online with deco26; after a week passed the maximum shipping time; still no delivery… I’ve emailed them now three times and no reply. No contact number. I can only assume these guys are fake or a scam. Or very very poor information and customer service.

Item has not arrived after 57 days

I ordered a side table £144 on 11 October. I only received one email from them after I asked for an update.
Since then, I have sent 2 further emails with no response.
The table has not arrived
Today I have raised a dispute with them via my credit card company.

Bought a cutlery set looked nice in the…

Bought a cutlery set looked nice in the picture when arrived I was very disappointed I nearly £60.00 and the set arrived just wrapped up in a bundle and the cutlery felt cheap light weight and very thin looked poor quality. When I emails customer service to return them for a refund as I was not happy with the purchase they basically said no
I would not recommend or shop with this company again.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling! I ordered a wall clock from this company mid December last year and I still haven’t received it.
I have left several emails for them and I haven’t received a reply to any!
Don’t lose you money! Avoid this seller.

Unbelievably terrible customer service

Unbelievably terrible customer service. Ordered an item which took 3 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival, it was a completely different size than what was in the description of the product. Tried to email them to arrange for an exchange for the correct size but no response after many emails over the course of 3 weeks. Do not buy from here!!!

Shocked at how bad this company are and the product they sent me, which is rubbish.

As another reviewer has said: Not only is the product not to the standard you would expect for the price but they have an email address that you can never get a response from no telephone number to contact them regarding returns, so no way of getting a refund

What a terrible company

What a terrible company, con artists on every level. Not only is the product not to the standard you would expect for the price but they have an email address that you can never get a response from no telephone number to contact them regarding returns, so no way of getting a refund. I’m now stuck with 2 light fittings that cost £165 because you can’t return items without a return reference code...but you can’t get hold of them to get one.

Deco26 is untrustworthy - do not use this site!

Deco26 is, sadly, a dreadful company to do purchase from - please don't use this site.

We purchased a light fitting at £260 on 26th August, with a promise of 2 days to process the order and then a maximum of 21 days delivery - this is a long time by any standards but the light fitting looked ideal for us.

We received confirmation that order was received within 2 days- however we failed to spot that the grey shaded light we had ordered had been changed to a green shaded one in the confirmation - back to that later.

The light did not arrive within the 21 days and we could only contact Deco26 by email - they were then unable to tell us when it would arrive. The tracking information on the site only changed to "shipped" on 8th October - already well past the promised delivery date.

I contacted Deco26 again (via email) on 12th October to ask them to cancel the order as it was too late for us to use it and we had needed to purchase an alternative elsewhere. Again - no response.

The product then turned up on 21st October - some 2 months after ordering. I have since then been trying to get a reply from Deco26 about returning the product and getting a refund - in line with their published returns policy. Guess what - no reply despite several chasing messages.

SO, I still have an unwanted - and incorrect - light fitting and they still have £260 of our money and no way of reaching them!

My next step is Trading Standards and the Distance Selling Regulations in order that nobody else gets coned by this company!
