Item not received and zero response from emails!

Ordered the shin pads and ankle guards for my son’s birthday. Ordered on 10.09.26, no further emails received and items weren’t received. I emailed on 22.09.26 for an update, did not receive a response but received a dispatch email. I received the shin pads on 25.09.26, I must say were good quality, but there were no ankle guards in the parcel. I emailed on 26.09, 28.09, 30.09, 03.10 and today 06.10 asking for an update on when I can receive the ankle guards, together with sending a message via instagram but I am receiving no response whatsoever.
They have taken my money and not sent the item!
