I live in Japan and was a little bit worried
I live in Japan and was a little bit concerned if the delivery of the iPhone case I ordered would go smoothly. But there was no need to worry. Everything went well, and was delivered even one day earlier than the date promised.
The delivery updates from both Decoded and the automatic delivery updates available in the iPhone Wallet were timely and reassuring.
The actual case itself is just as the good as the exquisite photos of it in the Decoded marketing info.
This was a Christmas gift for my wife.
And since it went so well, I am going to buy myself a similar case.
Really recommend these folks at Decoded. Everything is first class with them.

Doesn’t fit my phone - extra fees charged
Doesn’t properly fit my phone. Sits unevenly around the camera so edges of phone are not protected. I was also charged $35 by FedEx for duties and taxes. It was not clear that I would charged additional money after the purchase of the case. I will never purchase again.

Order Never Received – No Customer Support, Want Refund
I placed an order on 22/11/25, which FedEx supposedly 'delivered' on 24/11/25 - but I never received it and there’s no proof of delivery. Over a week later, I still don’t have the items I paid for.
Customer service from DECODED has been almost non-existent. I’ve sent three emails, and only one was acknowledged with a generic holding reply. I’ve been forced to chase FedEx myself, which is not my responsibility.
I would like DECODED to respond and issue a refund.

iPhone 17 pro max leather wallet
High quality product, leather wallet for iPhone 17 pro max. My brother had a great experience with the other Decoded wallet for the iPhone 13 pro max. Lasted long for over 3 years and is still functioning. Only wanted to order a wallet from Decoded was not available in stores in Canada had to order online.
Highly Recommended.

Very poor shipping options
I think you have a good product but very very disappointing when it comes to shipping options. Due to non delivery to Malaysia...I had to ship the item (iphone 17pro leather case) to a friend's address in the US and then have him ship it to me from Houston, USA to Malaysia. This is insane considering your courier is FedEx.
I've had other products shipped from across the world to Malaysia with no issues.

The finish ruined te product for me
I bought the blue silicone case for the iPhone 17 Pro. Since the color wasn’t available, they offered to send me the black one instead, plus a wallet accessory for free. When it comes to customer service, it was excellent.
The case itself was very well built and felt sturdy. However, the finish on the outside was disappointing. It was slippery when holding it in my hand, yet too grippy when sliding it in or out of a pocket. That meant I didn’t have enough grip while using the phone, but had too much resistance when trying to store it. Too bad for an otherwise well-built product.
I ended up getting the Caudable Sheath instead, which had the opposite properties: easy to slide into a pocket and much grippier when actually holding it. Hopefully Decoded uses a different finish next time, because the current one made the product unusable for me.
