I am writing this review as I was unsure when I came to purchase a radio code for my car as alot of different websites had mixed reviews (including this one) however I paid £17.99 and had the code instantly, and when put into my car worked straight away.

So after code did not work i emailed to say it did not work, they asked for a picture of seriel number from stereo and haven't heard back from them since! This was on Friday its now Tuesday and still no other code or refund absolutely useless don't waste your time with them!

My experience was a great service was provided.

I have just bought an Audi a3 and had to have the battery replaced,this caused the radio to go intosafe mode., not having any paperwork with a codeon i contact Decodemyradio and for a smallfee and a serial number i had my radio working again in under two minutes.
