Wrong code and when emailed them no reply

Radio code recived about 3 hour after purchase, clearly no need to worry if the code takes a few hours to arrive. Worked properly and head unit is now operational. Many thanks.

Tried a couple of others and pay pal got my money back as there didn't work and I was ignored.
Decode my radio simply contacted me, and we got it sorted, they are now my go to,

Do not use: non-existent supplier/money is wasted (you will not receive any code).
I paid but I haven't received anything (even after 2 days).
I complained to support at decodemyradio.co.uk but I haven't received any response.
The money is lost and cannot be recovered. I will complain to the Police.

up to date information , told me straight away when was given wrong code that they will be sorting it out, dealt with professionally and in quick time, fully professional with dealing with problems, very good

After weeks of trying to remove my radio to get the code and the dealership not helping without charging a fortune, today I’ve been sent my code after an hour or so and it works.

I lost my radio code for my ford focus 2008 model ! I got in touch with the “ decode my radio” guys sent them the serial number and it was sorted in minutes !!

Claimed to offer refund for non working codes. Absolute rubbish. Completed the form and heard nothing more from them. Had to go to another site for a working code for my Ford Focus radio.

Flat battery and no code for the radio was not a good combination, after a quick search I found decodemyradio and they delivered as promised, code via email in 10 minutes.

Very little communication waited 3 days and never received my code ended up having to ask for a refund

Been 24 hours still no code. Emailed support and still no reply. Looks like a scam. Do not use.
