Responsive support, fair resolution on a mis-assigned pool

I purchased the Dedicated Static Residential (ISP) plan, but the IPs
I received were actually datacenter ranges on Tier-1 backbones
(rDNS literally showed "acedatacenter.com"), which defeated the purpose
of buying residential proxies.

I reached out to support and was transferred to Thomas. He took my
findings seriously, didn't push back on the evidence, and replaced the
IPs for free — including a second replacement when one of the new ones
turned out to be IP-blocklisted at Cloudflare. Throughout the chat he
was patient, professional, and straightforward about what was and
wasn't possible (e.g. honestly explaining that support can't filter
by specific ISP provider in real time).

Final pool works as expected. One star off only because the initial
ISP pool quality should have been better out of the box — but the
support experience itself was genuinely excellent.

Exceptional Support, Even When I'm The Problem

I've been using Decodo for my ISP residential proxies for several months now, and the support team has genuinely been the standout part of the experience.
I came in as a total proxy newbie, and the team has patiently walked me through everything: the difference between shared and dedicated IPs, how HTTP vs SOCKS vs HTTPS actually work, direct IP setup, foxy proxy troubleshooting, and more. When I accidentally bought the wrong plan, they issued a wallet credit without any hassle. When I upgraded plans and lost my IP list, they reassigned the previous IPs so my Chrome profiles didn't break. When a batch of my IPs got burned, they replaced them at a fair per-IP rate and got me back up and running the same day.

What stands out isn't just that the service works, it's that every single interaction has been patient, clear, and resolution-focused. Even when I was rushing, asking basic questions, or creating my own problems, the team stayed with me until things were actually fixed.

The product is solid. The support is what makes Decodo worth recommending. Five stars, easily.

I purchased a mobile proxy service

I purchased a mobile proxy service, but I'm unable to access most websites—only a few like Amazon work. Even Outlook is blocked. When I contacted support, they took a week to respond and asked me to verify my identity. I completed the verification, but Outlook remained inaccessible. Based on my experience, I believe this company is fraudulent. Their website promises that identity verification will restore access to Outlook, but that never happened.

Decodo deactivated my account after…

Decodo deactivated my account after paying for the service then refused to refund my money. Like after payment they asked me to verify my Identity of which I did, after that they proceeded to deactivate my account then sent me an email that my subscription has expired. I tried to contact them they refused to refund the money and to activate my account.

Thanks for reaching out. We don't allow multiple account creations, and upon review, we found that free trials were used on quite a few of these accounts, which indicates abusive behavior. Because of this, the accounts were suspended to keep things fair for everyone.

As for the refund, since you have filed a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, that's being handled on their end.
