The worse costumer service that I get.
When you do the work by yourself, is excellent, until you need them to help you to cancel or change your flight, so you nightmare started. I am very disappointed, no costume service at all. Besides the fees is bigger than the pricen of the tickets.

I paid extra to get a refund to cancel my booking. However, they still charged me the full amount on the day I booked. When I canceled my booking, they said it could take up to 10 business days for my money to be refunded. It has now been over a month and I still haven't seen my money. I called but the person wasn't very helpful and told me to wait even longer for the financial team to get in touch with me. DO NOT TRUST

TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS AGENCY
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! DO NOT EVER USE. I have many stories both personal and acquaintances who have booked through Decolar only to have the itineraries changed multiple times, and then find there is no ticket when they arrive at the airport - causing long delays, frustrations, and lost vacation time. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY! Oh, and their service desk cannot make flight changes - that is a different department, and the only way to make a change is to submit a ticket request and wait 2 days. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!
