DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
First order an electric blind on 16/04/2025, the blind was delivered damaged. It took weeks and so many emails In the end, I got a full refund. I ordered another 2 electric blinds via Cheapest Blinds & Interiors Ltd. Again issues with workmanship at the factory (Decora Blind Systems Ltd) this company doesn't care about their customers. I've had so many emails back and forth it's crazy, well over 50+ emails. This company will grab your money and run!! In the end, I told them to get lost on 06/11/2025 this is how long this issue has been going on for, 7 months in total!

I have no issues with Cheapest Blinds & Interiors Ltd! John is fantastic!! John will go above and beyond for his customers!

Most horrible company to work for don't care about the staff jus their targets and nicola potts posted my private documents out even though I told her not too .I never missed days or was never late an when I reported stuff I didn't like in the workplace Gordan Stewart let me go likes sweeping things under the carpet please don't trust their lies try to pull wool over your eyes Nicola potts told me to go claim benefits such a horrible person but suits the company well
Stop over working people an making them do 2 or 3 jobs on same night cause you can't be bothered to employ more people

Like a lot of people have told me that work me who are too scared to speak up incase the same thing that's happened me will happen them
I'm sure LYNDA AND MICHAEL DICKSON and sons are so proud how they treat their staff if you don't jump throw decoras hoops your out the door

An absolutely atrocious organisation. I would genuinely be here a week writing about my situation but after 2 years of an ongoing battle I've forgotten half of it.

Gist is don't use them!!!

They are happy to supply a product that's not fit for purpose, send a poor fitter to fit and rectify his own issues even after I stated I didn't want the same fitter to come out again as he was part of the problem.

Now refusing to deal with me in, will only talk to my agent. My sales agent has now stopped selling their products due to my issue and a similar one with them to avoid tarnishing their own business.

After 3 attempts by them to resolve the fitment issues they now won't resolve the problem and want to walk away from it but they are refusing to cover reasonable costs to rectify the damage they caused during fitment.

Want my advice, just don't run the risk of going through 2 years of misery. I'd rather use Hillarys in future... Make of that what you will.

Worked here for 2 days thrn left, a complete joke of a place when it comes to being taught and how u feel, really crappy job always on Indeed looking for workers, just goes to show you not many people can put up with them, stay clear of the place.

We replaced all our blinds in our house with Decora blinds (Wooden Venetian Blinds) and they are rubbish! Six out of the twelve blinds fitted open again when you close them which lets the light in and people walking past can see in the rooms especially at night. We have had several mechanisms replaced but they end up opening again after time. We had the sales rep round who just fobbed us off, he even suggest we install black out blinds in front on the Venetian Blinds, absolute tool!

Terrible Product …
Zero stars if possible , worst company , terrible after sales services offered by both the company and registered supplier .
Misrepresenting the product and the 5yr warranty that is stated on the website .
Kindly be advised all the hardware was rusting 2weeks after installation ,In November 2021 , we are protected under the consumer rights act as issues were reported within 90 days .
We are still chasing the company for them replace my shutters ….

Decora were making my blinds on behalf of Blinds Direct. Shockingly poor communication on behalf of Decora, Direct Blinds and XPD (courier) have cancelled order !
