Ordered 3 sets of LED lights on the 8th December 2021, when I looked on the Royal Mail web site just after Xmas, they had been delivered, although not to my address, contacted Customer support and reported this to them, they apologised and issued a full refund to my Credit Card within 2 days.

ordered light on the 1st of dec nothing received. got a refund from the back, cannot get in touch with the vendor.

Further yo my last review the company finally got in touch and forwarded me instructions allowing me to build the product.
Lights are installed and working.
Happy end to a very stressful purchase experience.
Is only fair to the company to update with conclusion.

This is a fake company. Ordered few lights. Partial Order received after 6 weeks. A Glass Chandler ordered and received a plastic one. Rest of the order never arrived. When requested for a Refund, they say items in Transit and they cant refund. No proof of shipping.
Stay away and save your hard earned money.

Ordered 3 lights just over a month ago. Received only 1 light. Reported this to Decoramo, who requested a photo of the item & packaging (I was reassured by this) BUT nothing since. None of my subsequent emails asking for delivery or refund have been answered.
Don't mind waiting a little longer, as long as I'm up-dated. 1 light is no good to me, currently concerned that I may have lost my money.
I wouldn't use again.

Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a light in June and now it’s September and no sight of it! They ignore any emails and won’t refund my money. I don’t think the company is genuine. It’s just a scam - set up to look like a UK company but they are in China. I’m out of pocket by a lot of money and no one returns emails. There is no phone number either

Goods were in transit a long time and came directly from China and not from UK, so I had to pay customs, which the company never refunded even though they promised to do so. I tried to get an answer from them serveral times. They are not trustworthy. I will never shop here again and recommend others not to do so either.

If I could give this company zero rating I would. Read the fine print as I’ve ended up with several orbital lights in a million pieces with absolutely no assembly instructions. I’m up for some DIY but this is crazy and I need to know what I’m doing. Plus one of the sizes I ordered was meant to come assembled and didn’t. I thought for spending £3700 I wouldn’t have to spend several days worth of my time trying to assemble. This is absolutely ridiculous and please don’t waste your money buying from this pathetic company.

I’ve given them one star but should be zero. Very dodgy company! I did not see anywhere on their website about paying shipping costs back to China to return items! Although it says easy returns.There is no phone number to contact them either. They take ages to reply to emails when you want to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! !!!!

I tried to cancel my order as it was no longer required and advised I could not cancel the order as it had already been shipped. When I tried to send it back they provided an address in China which was going to cost over half the amount that I paid for the item. Refused to send it back to China, therefore they provided a UK address. Returned item by Parcelforce with a tracking number (fortunately). Parcelforce have tried to deliver on two occasions, my order it now sat in a Depot!!!! and they still have not refunded my money. I am going to seek legal advice. Absolutely degusting!!!!

Awful customer services!! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from these people. Be warned that items take forever to arrive and if you unfortunately have to return, they will fob you off to avoid you sending the item back in time. They will respond to you but purposely not give you any information needed! Don’t bother buying from this company! Frauds!

Horrendous service, ordered a light 2 months ago and was told delivery would be 3-5 days. The light has still not arrived. Tried to contact the company and get fobbed off with the same auto scripted reply about delivery and import times. No idea where in the world my order is but they were happy to take my money regardless and will not offer a refund or cancel the order as it’s in transit quite possibly to the moon. Avoid at all costs they are more like a bunch of crooks out to steal your money than actually provide any form of legible service

Bad experience. Ordered Modern Nordic Drop Glass Pendant Lamps, one light bulb was broken, others stop lighting after few weeks. Customer servise said to send me new one, still waiting from December and finally they not respond. The lamps delivery took very long, nearly month. Not recommend at all!

Bought a set of 3 pendant lights. Took forever to come, as they hadn't paid enough for customs. When I finally got them, one go the parts was missing, so only 2/3 lights can go up.

I have waiting nearly 2 months for this part to be sent.

It's ridiculous.

I had ordered an iron clock as a christmas present for my parents but then after reading the reviews i was very concerned as to if i would get it or if i would have to pay a large amount of tax when the item gets sent. I was told the order could possibly take over 10 weeks to arrive so was also worried it wouldnt arrive in time for christmas. However, despite all the negative reviews, the clock arrived in about 3 weeks and long before christmas. I also didnt have to pay any additional costs, as others had been saying, and the item was delivered directly to my door, packaged well and the clock arrived in good condition! From my own experience, i believe the company was faster than even they initially said they would deliver by, and was a simple and reliable process :))

We were quite worried that we had not received any information about our purchase of 3 lamps ,in fact we began to wondered if we had bought them !
I sent an email and very quickly heard back that they were on their way .
They arrived within a few days ,very nicely packed and all intact .

Do not buy from this company, the website says 3-5 days delivery, once I received the tracking information days later all items come from China, now nearly a month later my order has still not arrived in the UK, I tried to cancel items but was told I am unable to cancel.
These are cheap Chinese items at premium prices.

Be warned and only order if you understand these are cheap Chinese products and delivery will be between 1 - 2 months if it actually arrives.

I bought a Nordic lightshade over two weeks ago. I have not received the item nor any indication of when my item will arrive. I emailed the company to ask for updates: no reply. I also just checked their refund policy. It says no refunds or returns beyond 30 days after purchase i.e. you will most likely have exceeded that before your item arrives. I am giving them a couple of more days to deliver the item before I report it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank - if I wait any longer, I will lose the right to a refund. All very frustrating....more reason to stick with Amazon or Ebay, agencies that will force sellers to be professional.
