This looks very much like a product and a company (name has changed) I bought from years ago the metal windmill and it was absolutely useless and defo a scam. AVOID.

If I could write minus stars I would, avoid avoid avoid this company is a scam, I’ve sent over £700 to this company and received nothing, not even a reply to my now 8 messages,
Avoid this company like the plague.

Light is faulty and the company are not responding to the emails or completed contact form they request as part of their returns. The company are still operating and taking fresh orders to the best of my knowledge, which is a disgrace.

I ordered a chandelier recently and it was so poor quality and damaged and nothing like how it was shown on their website. Please avoid any purchases from this company.

I purchased a lamp on the 2 June. Wrong address (autofill). Sent an email same day to correct it. Decorar later sent the lamp out to the wrong address anyway and are refusing to provide a replacement to the correct address. The company obviously has process issues and poor customer service in place to resolve problems.

It's a company that looks like in uk but delivers the worst made in anywhere crap. Do not use.

I recently purchased a stunning chandelier from Decorar, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The quality and craftsmanship are impeccable, and it has transformed my living space into a luxurious haven. I highly recommend Decorar for their top-notch products.

I have ordered three lights of colour gold and one of them is not gold but more of a zilver colour which doesn't match the other two. Because of this I asked them if they could help me by replacing it but still haven't received a reply. They have ignored my messages and emails. I would also like to add that the company does not have a telephone contact number, the only way to contact them is by email.

If I could award a minus I would. Totally fraudulent company. They are not based in the UK despite their website address. It has cost me £121.00 to return substandard lights. When I complained about the quality was offered a 50% discount which I have refused please don't end up like me £121.00 down £519.00 purchase and still no refund

Bought 3 lights - 2 have faults in less than 9 months since purchase - No return contact after reporting faulty lights even though they are within the standard 1 Year Warranty for Electrical items as per UK Law. Avoid at all costs

If you reverse image google the products on their website, they are fake - so they have a £100 floor lamp that when you google, is in fact an image of an Akari floor lamp worth about £700. Same for other products. Fake site.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM WEBSITE. I paid for two wall lights. I messaged them when they didn’t arrive (they don’t have a phone number) and was then sent two cheap plastic pendant lights - they look like something that you might get in a Xmas cracker - although full size obviously - my electrician said even if I wanted them they would have been dangerous. Asked for my money back and have not received it. PLEASE AVOID.

Lovely website and He responded well to emails and my light that came is beautiful. Sometimes it would have been better to have a contact number . But the end result was a beautiful light eventually
