They Promise same day dispatch and next day delivery. I ordered an item that was “in stock” and over the £40 free delivery amount. Ordered Wednesday Morning. But they messaged two days later to say it is to be delivered Monday!!! I picked them based on their promise of a fast delivery… big regret.

I was cautious about placing an order for Mirka Abranet discs having looked at some of the negative reviews. However, I ordered them late afternoon and they were delivered by mid-day the next day, so four stars for having what I needed, in stock and also for a prompt delivery.
My only concern is, and always will be the courier they use. FEDEX! I have only bad experiences with FEDEX, and, as some of the negative reviews state. The driver arrived at my door, unannounced, no text or email with a delivery date/time. I was lucky this time I was near the front door.
I get a lot of deliveries by DPD who always give a date and one-hour window with a countdown within the hour to a text "You are next delivery". Why don't suppliers see the benefits to customer service that eliminates time wasting...

I am a small property maintenance firm which undertakes numerous jobs big and small.
I ordered several tins of specialist paint at a reasonable price but because the delivery isnt next day i have to have it sent to my home address which then is difficult to be home for, thus i missed the delivery as it cant be left. I contacted the firm and asked if we could arrange something so it could be left the next day as again i was at work again a different address but was told no nothing to be done make sure someone was home. Not helpful at all and until delivery options can be altered to the customers request then I'm afraid i cant waste my working day waiting in !!!!!

I'd use Frogtape as it looks to be an improvement on masking tape, but as a vegan decorator I couldn't work with any product that used animals in its manufacture.

I purchased 2 ornamental ceiling roses (Ella Ceiling Medallion 293mm). They arrived the day after I ordered them. The relief within the design is bold and surprisingly deep. I tend to paint these before I fix them to the ceiling and I can say that these take matt ceiling paint well and also fix well (i.e. the bases are uniformly flat). Many thanks - a good product at a very reasonable price.

I've been tearing my hair out searching to find quality 2" foam rollers for detailed painting on show jump poles and discovered Decorating Directby using Google.
Decent ones are very hard to find, and
the 2" foams I've bought previously have quickly disintegrated after a couple of hours painting but I can thoroughly recommend the Decorating Direct ones. They last and last.
The service is excellent, the product first rate, and the prices are very competitive

Absolute rubbish and made of cast metal used for toys.
Tried to fit to a pole and the adaptor cracked straight away without properly being tightened.
Have asked for refund and postage paid return label so will wait and see........

I recently ordered 12 metres of composite ceiling cornice, which arrived in two batches. second batch had 3 pieces damaged in transit - quick email to Mike in customer services and replacements sent out quickly, no debate. very impressive, much appreciated.
