NOT 2-3 business days for samples

It says 2-3 business days for samples. I called twice, first time they said that it wasn't cut yet and that she will try to push them forward. Called again, spoked to a girl who said that it was shipped out 8 days before but that they don't do tracking on smaller orders, then got transferred when she couldn't answer some questions I had and was then told that orders are behind, that they haven't been cut yet and will maybe shipped out on 5 days from today which puts the total day count at 11 business days. Zero empathy, no apologies, just excuses.

Double Charged

Called Decorative Fabrics Direct in April to order 9 yards of specific fabric. Representative indicated fabric was unavailable until sometime after July. I did not know representative processed order, and called back in July for status on fabric availability. At that time rep still didn’t have fabric, but she apparently processed order a second time, charging me again. The fabric was shipped at the end of September—two orders of the same fabric. I was traveling when single email came through that both orders were being shipped and did not see email, and both orders had arrived by the time I returned from trip. Vendor then agreed to accept return of one of the two bolts of fabric with a 30% restocking fee and forfeiture of the shipping charge on second order (shipping had be free on the first order). While I did miss checking my charge records to catch that I was unexpectedly charged twice for the same order, I feel that the vendor’s representative would have had records in front of them to see that they had already charged me for the order in April—and that the July call was in regards to the status of the original order not a second order such as they processed. Beware when using this vendor and be sure to check your online charge card records for unusual charges. Also be aware that they will process an order even if they don’t have the product available and don’t know when they can provide it.

Extremely rude, delayed shipment

I had ordered two samples, they confirmed and arrived OK.
Afterwards, I purchased online the proper length. The merchant drew the funds immediately, but did not confirm shipment. Its been a week, I wrote and they advised the same day it would ship the following week as it is a special order which they did not indicate clearly what that means. They said it is stock in the factory.
BAD communications, the person did not gave her name but said she was management EXTREMELY RUDE, argumentative, lecturing that "they always done it this way" (excepting the swatched had proper communications). She did not acknowledge misscommunication refused to turn over to the supervisor and hang up the phone. She did not confirm when it would ship. They messed up our holiday preparations. An email to state the expected date of shipping was all I needed and some civil courtesy. I cannot recommend.
