I sent several emails but no reply.
I've been waiting all this time because my hope is to be able to use it in Christmas / 2021 since I couldn't use it in 2020.
But honestly, there is a lot of lack of respect and consideration for your customers.

I think you need inform people that they need wait 2-4 weeks but not 2-4 days and everything would be good. I been waiting for my order 3 weeks, seller gave me discount for that and upgraded my order to better one without any price.

I ordered a heater from decorama's web site on 01.01.2021. Order no: 3425
The delivery date has been given as 2-4 days, but I still haven't received the product or any shipment info either. Last info from Decorema was 6 days ago and saying that they will deliver the product someday (!) since they are very busy and do not have enough employee and mentioning some other ıssues which are not my problem at all. I do not need this any more and I am done.
Cancel this order and pay my money back immediately.

Ridiculous experience!
I have to put another review since this is the only way to get in touch. I still haven’t received either my order or a confirmation on delivery date, both of which are promised by decorema. The ridiculous part is that while decorema kundservice is obviously too busy to reply to customer’s emails, they had time to send me an email asking for my review on the not-yet-delivered product??!!! I ordered a package on Decorema on December 26th 2020, it said delivery would have been within 2-4 days. However, after many calls, emails and voice messages and following up, I only today, on January 20, 2021 received the package .
I do would like to thank Johan for his help, as it seems he is the only person in the company to care to respond. If not his support, probably this package would have never arrived.

This is my second review here, plus I sent 3-4 messages to customer service and I did not get any reply.
I suppose that you are kidding by sending e-mail about "hope you are satisfied with your product". It is even sent or registered to DHL and I am still waiting. I would like to see DHL registeration until tomorrow evening, otherwise, I want my full refund within a week.
I would not hesitate to fill a file with ARN as soosn as possible and contact authorized units which handle customer concerns.

I ordered item on 31st of December with promise it will arrive on January 5th.
It is now January 11th and package still has not arrived.
I chose to pay with Klarna within 14 days, but as it seems, the item is not arriving, and payment due date is in three days. I will be canceling payment and registering return.
If there will be any movement in delivery in last two days before payment due date, I will change review.
Update:
I received product, but does not seem to be what I ordered.
In my order stood Kiwi 1000W 1.5L, purple color, and I received product in blue color and with 0.8L capacity instead of 1.5L. On web page also says 1.5L in description, did I miss something?
Update on update:
I got response from customer service that they will check with manufacturer what happened with the size of the product. In the meantime they refunded the payment and wrote I can keep product I got.

Bad experience
Order number 3082. I placed an order on 23/Dec because the web showed I could get the item delivered on 28/Dec. Since I expected a delivery in December, I entered my old shipping address as I was still living there.
Since by the end of December there was no change in the order status nor any tracking number I emailed them to change the shipping to my new address.
Unfortunately, I have no clue what is happening. The only answer I got is that my order was shipped on Dec 30 but no tracking number provided nor any confirmation if the order was shipped to my new address as requested or where it is. I wrote several emails and tried the chat a couple of times but no answer at all.
All I want is my order to my new address. At least a tracking number so I can know what is going on with the order since no carrier called me or contacted me.
My experience as a customer has been really bad. I have no clue what is happening and there is no kind of response or whatsoever. I wonder if in case the order is not delivered I will be able to get my money back...
