Great Customer Service from Decor…

Great Customer Service from Decor Market-- I had an issue that was clearly due to a manufacturing error and Decor Market went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. I was so happy with their email response times and the fact that an actual human answered the phone! Will definitely be buying from them again.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I work in the customer service industry myself and I am absolutely appalled by the way this has been handled. Purchased two barstools from them. They sent out one of the stools to me without any notification of any items being sent out. So when I received it I figured the other would show up after the first so I emailed them and asked when the other will arrive and they said the second one was now a back order item (if an item shows in stock it must be sent out in timely manner you cannot change it to back order once ordered) and would be available June unbelievable what do you do with one barstool? Had I known that I would have just canceled the order. So then I was stuck with one chair that I had already thrown the box away. I had to purchase a box with my own money to send the barstool back. I sent it out says delivered to the return address they gave me. Emailed about where the refund is and said they still need two weeks and I get my refund then absolutely unprofessional all around. They messed this up they should make it right I need my refund asap.

UPDATE: they did issue my refund so I have edited the review but they did not acknowledge that the issue was directly their fault and due to poor customer service.

The customer service team are amazing

The customer service team are amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong color rug. They immediately refunded my order, and tried to get the correct color. They were unable to get the rug, and were still so sweet about it.

Modified order and great outcome

Ordered a set of chairs that was on pre-order. Waited awhile for them (nothing to do with Decor market), and received my table. I decided the chairs originally ordered weren’t going to work so I modified my order. However the order had already shipped. Decor Market took care of shipping them back and sending me the updated chairs. I really appreciate them taking care of me like that. Other companies might have left me with shipping bill, but because of this I will order again from Decor Market. They won my business. Also their communication was on point as well! Great job

Excellent Customer Service

First time customer and was very worried.
It turned out to be a superb experience. Bought 4 dining chairs but one had a crack. Emailed them the picture on the same night and they responded the next day, agreeing to send a replacement chair. Received the chair few days later. This is exceeding my expectation. Very impressed.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a coffee table that was backordered and they took care of my order swiftly. I got the order cancelled and refunded same day. I will use them again. Great customer service!!!

I'm just amazed at the customer service…

I'm just amazed at the customer service we received from Decor Market today! We ordered a patio conversation set and realized one of the chairs was defective. Rather than packaging up the entire set for a return, they allowed us to keep or donate the set and gave us a full refund.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I was not happy with quality of a product received and rated it through a 3rd-party request. Decor Markets customer service team reached out to me and resolved my issue immediately. I was very impressed with their service and will definitely give them another try now.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with our delivery and they promptly fixed it. Their communications via email were steady and they got back with me within minutes/hours or my notes. Will definitely order from them again!

Great Customer Service!

After hours of looking for a dresser and nightstand that was in stock ANYWHERE during these COVID times, I was so happy to find the exact pair I was looking for at a great price on the Decor Market website. I was a little skeptical at first since I had never heard of their company before, but I can assure you that their customer service and product availability exceeded my expectations! It was fast and easy to get through to a real person on the phone, and they answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was also really surprised with their shipping turnaround. My product shipped today from the other side of the country and will be at my door in just 2 days. I will be looking at Decor Market again before anywhere else for my next furniture purchase. Thanks!

Buyer Beware!!~~~~~~Sham of a company

Buyer Beware!!~~~~~~Sham of a company! They knowingly sell items they do not have in stock. Charge you and say it will ship in 2 days then weeks later tell you in may be in stock in October!! Yet they charge you!! I despise low brow con artist like this. AVOID! And you better refund my $ bc I have all the time in the world to tweet, Post, file BB reports so others don't have to deal with your nonsense. 😡

Item was a great price

Item was a great price. Free shipping! At first I didn't see an email from them about shipping. I ended up emailing customer service and still didn't see anything. Finally I looked in my spam folder and found 3 emails from them. A customer service rep answered me and send another email in case I hadn't gotten the 1st two. Just look in your spam if you didn't receive an email
