All the other bad reviews are TRUE! They DO NOT ship the item. I called them several times over several days and always get the same answer 'you'll get the tracking info tomorrow'. They are nothing but liars. Avoid these crooks!!
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Placed an order for several lights which the site said it would have on hand or ship in two days. A week passed and I hadn’t heard anything. Their customer service rep (“Roy Roy”?) said he would update me when it shipped, sort of ignoring the fact that it should have already arrived. A shipment notification came a day or two later. After a week, the tracking number was just for a created label. I asked for my order to be cancelled, twice, after waiting over two weeks and nothing shipping. They ceased all contact and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was able to get my money back through a chargeback. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

UPDATE- after emailing them and posting this review I immediately received my merchandise (ceiling fan) within the week… it took almost 3 weeks to receive it… it was very scary but the merchandise came in an original box in good shape and item looks brand new… it is a spare so if it works or not is yet to be determined…

Scam
Scam. Bought a light from them. Took forever to try and get a return code. Never opened it because I knew after I purchased it that it was not going to fit where I planned. The website states a 100% easy return policy so I wasn’t concerned until I started getting the run around with the return. Because of all the issues before I returned I wanted to take photos of everything to document the product . Upon opening I found the product damaged. When I went to get a return label from UPS found out that the cost to ship it back was almost $400 which was more than 1/2 of what I paid. When I pointed out that the product was damaged and shared photos and said their policy was to replace or refund damaged items they said the product was “perfect” and I needed to pay for the return fee if I wanted to. When I contested they stopped answering.

I DO NOT recommend Decorprice. I bought an expensive Casablanca ceiling fan. I installed it and it hummed to an obnoxious level, the fan blades whistled obnoxiously on the two highest speeds, and the pull chain switch hung up such that I had to jiggle the pull chain to get the switch to retract and go to the next speed. I requested help and a refund. They required a video, but I had already taken the fan down and replaced it with a good Fanimation fan. I wasn't going to reinstall it, just to make a video. I should have checked the ratings on Decor Price before buying. Never again.

After I ordered a ceiling fan from Decor Price I read the reviews on Trust Pilot and became very concerned about my order. My experience became easier when I got a shipping email with tracking information two days later. I tracked the shipment until it arrived at my house. I quickly opened the box and check for missing or damaged content. Everything was new and in perfect condition. I would buy from this company again. By the way, I am a real customer, and not an employee of Decor Price.

Please be cautious when ordering from Decorprice.com. I ordered two pendant lights from them and my experience has not been good. The lights arrived broken inside the box. I have had to make numerous phone calls, sent several emails to try and resolve the issue. They are good at giving you the “run around” and skirting the problem. Still unresolved, I feel as though I have been scammed! Based on this experience with them, I will NOT be ordering from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone either.

I ordered a light fixture at 2/19 at 7pm. Early the next morning, I emailed to cancel it ( 7:48 am 2/20) as I decided it was not the right style. Roy responded at 8:08 am he would email the manufacturer to cancel and update me on the cancellation status. He didn’t inform me then that DecorPrice.com is just a drop shipper and cannot cancel or modify orders until I called to discuss the canceled (but subsequently shipped) order the next day 2/21. The order shipped 13 hours after I wrote to cancel it and Roy emailed the manufacturer. The Vendor was incredibly rude on the phone. He did not identify himself but I suspect it was Roy. I requested a return prepaid shipping label and he refused. I requested a return through the website. The website did not provide a shipping label, nor any instructions on how to return the item. Their EZ No Hassle return policy simply stated they will review the request. The website says free shipping on orders over $99, and nowhere does it indicate You pay shipping on returns. Their EZ No. Hassle Returns is anything but. DO NOT USE this vendor.
SCAM please beware
SCAM please beware! I bought 3 light pendants. They were not good so I tried to return. First the return portal wasnt working - it kept getting timed out. Then when i contacted them - someone in broken english says we cannot accept the return. Even though it says on their site No hassle returns. I have had to do a chargeback on the credit card. Also, my antivirus keeps popping up warning me that this site has malicious tracking software. i would suggest to others to stay far way.
Decorprice is a scam!
I purchased 8 wall sconces from decorprice.com for our church sanctuary. We received the items quickly but upon opening them, realized the color (brass) looked very different in person and didn't at all match our other fixtures. I called CS to ask what I needed to do to start a return (their website says "EZ no hassle returns"). Was told to email them with details of purchase and why I wanted to return the items. I did that and after 10 days I hadn't hear back. I called again and was told I would receive a call the following day to get my return started. In the mean time, I sent another email, again asking to initiate a return. Never got a call the next day. When I called back, I was told they would only take 3 of the sconces back, as this was a "bulk" purchase. No where on my order is identified as bulk. When I asked the "CS" rep about this, he told me that anything over two items is considered bulk! He then told me that if the color wasn't right, I shouldn't have purchased the lights.
Additionally, every time that I called, I spoke to an Indian man and the reception was terrible and could hardly hear him.

More of the same. I ordered two weeks ago and I got an order confirmation but nothing since. Three times I sent a request for an update and nothing. They didn’t have trouble taking my money! Most HONEST companies won’t take your money until the order ships.
I finally got a response after 3 attempts. I’m not changing my review until it reaches my door and it’s in good condition.

They lie. Don't buy from them. They claim things are in stock, then when you try to cancel you get "I have emailed manufacture to cancel the order once I hear back on the update will email you." Thought it was in stock, buddy?

I tried to return a pendant that I ordered and immediately was refused a return request. The man claimed it was final sale when it was not. I specifically bought the pendant because I knew I was able to return it based on the item page on the website. Nowhere on the site or items page did it claim to be final sale. Not even on the invoice. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was EXTREMELY rude and yelling over me and could not care less what I was saying. Didn’t even ask me what item I was referring to. This website is a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
