TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered two wall lights - they didn’t arrive. I complained and received two very cheap plastic pendant lights - would have cost 50p each in a pound shop! They do not respond to correspondence - they list no phone number - and say they do not give refunds. I will be taking this issue further.

Scam. Does not respond to any communication, email or through their website. Took our money and never sent the products. We had to raise with the bank! Avoid!!!

Ordered a light for my sons room which was £122. After chasing several times, the company replied to advise that delivery would be 18-36 days.
It’s over two months later and still nothing.
Terrified it’s a scam and they have my personal information. Avoid like the plague!

Like others, I ordered two lights only to be informed they are potentially unsafe. No refunds available

What a scam!!!
I ordered 3 lights!
Sadly we put the two of them and return the third one due to the late arrival.
Then I received an email saying that the lights are not safe!!!! And they are not willing to give us any refund.
And is not only that… I have send over a month the light that thankfully we didn’t use and still I haven’t received any refund.
I have emailed them and I didn’t get any response.
What a waste of a company!
I wanted to support a small business but it turned a disaster!!!

We ordered 3 lights, which arrived quickly but my husband (an electrician) looked at them and had concerns... we emailed with questions and were assured that the lights were 'safe'. We then decided to order 3 more and return the originals because they were too bright - so we were told to provide package dimensions for a returns label and to order the replacements in the meantime, which we (in hindsight - foolishly) did.

We now have 6 lights, all of which are unusable as they are not earthed and husband and I are not happy to install them.

Decorr are claiming to be in adminstration but at present time the company still appears to be operational but not taking new orders. They are also not taking any customer queries or responding to messages. The website states existing customers may eventually be able to lodge a claim for refunds but only IF the company is actually liquidated:
"Should the company be placed into liquidation, as a creditor you will be contacted by the company's appointed insolvency practitioner in due course, including details of how to lodge a claim."

So now I am out of pocket by over £120 and still need to find 3 new lights for my utility room.

We received a notice saying that the company is going to be placed into administration. The reason given by Decorr itself is that they were selling unsafe products which could pose risk to life. It's a shame we ordered some lights from them.

According to a company search I have just done on the website of the UK Companies House, Decorr is still active. As in, it has not, as at the time of writing this review (29 November 2021), been place into administration. Make sure you don't order anything from them.

I am updating this review, after my original review above, as today (7 December 2021) we have received the two ceiling lights we ordered. It appears that they have an earth lead, but we will be asking an electrician to check them before we install them due to other safety risks listed for the lights we ordered.

Bought a flush ceiling light and asked my dad to install it in my daughters bedroom. He wasn’t convinced about the safety and we decided not to install until we could get a qualified electrician to look at it. Just had an email today advising they have stopped trading due to light safety issues! So relieved we didn’t install the light fitting.

Item arrived looking nothing like the website. I contacted customer services, who initially replied asking for item dimensions in order for a return label to be sent. I’ve provided this and followed up three times & am now being ignored. Avoid, seems like a scam

Ordered a small ceiling light, great quality, would recommend.

Decorr had exactly the style I wanted (turns out flush brushed gold ceiling lights are hard to find!), delivery was as stated and they were extremely safely packaged. It may have been helpful to have some instructions/guidance on how to install them but my electrician worked it out fine. They give a lovely bright light and look great in my house. Thanks Decorr!

We got some beautiful lamps from Decor. The delivery came sooner than expected and the packaging was really good.
I will definitely use them again
