Super fast delivery.Easiest flat pack to build ever. Very nice quality and looks stylish and much more expensive than the price paid. I am delighted with my experience with Decortie and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.

From placing my order to delivery was great, very quick. It was quick to build, not by me and easy enough. Now, the negative point is, the holes in it for appliances plugs are way too small. We couldn’t even remove the plug as they are fixed. We had to make the holes bigger ourselves. One door hinge was a struggle, but a bit of persuasion sorted it.
The end result is, I love my unit.

Furniture item was not great, the structural support requires improvement however, the customer services was helpful and I value this in a company. I would buy again from the company but perhaps choose the item a bit more wisely.

2 problems but fast response and replacement parts sent this is how a Company should react and 10 out of 10 for speed.

I ordered the Lazena side table in grey. Its a lovely piece and very sturdy. Its actually turned into quite a talking point when friends visit me. They love the style and uniqueness of it.
Although ordered through another company, I am very pleased with it. Found it easy to order and was kept informed of delivery dates etc. All I all would order from this company again, and love all their pieces. Great prices to for unique pieces. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The tables I ordered are just what I wanted.
Were delivered promptly on the date given.
They went together without any problems.

I was not sure about ordering my units on line but am so glad I did what lovely units and delivery was great

Order 2 large sideboards one lamp table and one side table very happy with my purchase good value for money had one faulty hinge I emailed and they replied straight away and posted me a new one out which was I was very happy with

Very bad quality of furniture. We ordered a storage unit for hallway. The package turned up all damaged, and one box was open. A lot of wood pieces had chipped edges. The unit is not stable at all.
Ordered through The Range, there was no communication regarding the delivery from Decortie up until the last day.

The most fun I've had putting a shelf together and it looks great!

I highly recommend this product! it is sturdy and good quality finish.

I especially love how adaptable the bookshelves are to the space. The product is two bookshelves halves. Once you have finished assembling the two bookshelves there are any number of different orientations you can slot the two halves together.

Recommend doing with another person to make it easy to lift and reorientate the halves when you're finished.

Took us 3 hours from unpacking boxes to finished shelf in position and we stopped for plenty of tea in between!

Great designs, solid excellent quality furniture, easy to assemble, quick delivery, wish I had a bigger house to accommodate more of their furniture! I have bought 2 sideboards in light mocha, a staggered cupboard, 2 bedside tables and a TV stand.

I wanted to give 4star bc their delivery is ridiculously FAST lol, order Wednesday night and got it delivered Friday morning,

Solid quality, both item are exactly shown on there website, but one of them had a tiny bit(wood) missing which is down the bottom and not visible so it doesn’t bother me, but I'm sure they would’ve resolved it, if i were to contacted them

Con: their website is very laggy, bit frustrating

I discovered Decortie through another vendor, originally purchasing the gora Sideboard. As I was so impressed with everything, I came to Decortie to see what I could incorporate as a vinyl table, settling on this peice and again, decortie has delivered. 100% recommend. Thank you, again.

Ordered a plant display stand from The Range the item was supplied by Decortie.

On delivery the box was damaged and the wood inside the box is covered in unsightly water marks that do not come off.

I have contacted The Range whe passed the details on with the some of the photographs which caused an issue.

Decortie have come back and said they can't see any damage. Which is clearly there to see.
It has taken since 03.02.25 for the companies involved to sort out the refund. Communication and assistance from The Range was poor.
My refund is now pending.

Decortie have asked me to update the review as they have done everything they can.

The Range have not even acknowledged that there has been any issues apart not even the ones they have created.

Decortie handled my complaint swiftly arranged a refund and let me keep the item.

This bedside unit is just as shown, nice and solid and very easy to put together. Only giving 4 stars because I was not kept informed of delivery at all and I found it by accident behind a rose bush in my front garden so I have no idea how long it had been there as I don’t use my front door!
