I ordered a gift for a friend who just had gotten a puppy. I ordered at 10am, and it was delivered to Cork the very next day. I love this and can't recommend them enough.
Fast, friendly service. I didn't have to use their customer support, so I can't say anything about that.

Fantastic service and great variety of dog food
Just got my delivery of Nodens dry dog food, my dog adores this food. Delivery was very fast, thanks Joe for throwing in the little extras , Lottie and Seamus love their little toys that was such a nice touch. Can't reccomend Decs Pets enough such a friendly family running the shop and packed with everything you could want for your pet. Great service 🫠

price, advice and delivery is the best I've experienced
I shop online every week from various places. I ordered friday afternoon and had delivery sat morning! (and its a bank holiday weekend) I'd say the product, price, advice and delivery is the best I've experienced and thats every time in the past 3 years, keep it up!

What can I say? Excellent service. With the arrival of a new pet and in need of some urgent supplies I ,for the first time, ordered online and had a prompt delivery with a smile. Always try and support local or Irish businesses, Dec's pets were extremely promt with delivery, and even put in some extra free treats for my dog which is a lovely special touch. Would highly recommend. Great service
