Dee Money = HORRIBLE SERVICE

Dee Money, at one time, was a good service. Then, it started getting slower and slower. I sent money from Thailand to USA on September 5. The app always said "processing". On September 30, Dee Money "cancelled" the transaction, WITHOUT notifying me. I have sent a daily email and texts wanting my money back, along with dividends and credit card late-fee reimbursements. Still no word back after TWO WEEKS of asking for MY MONEY!

Too complicated!

Very complicated getting my first transaction completed asking multiple times for passport details and asking further questions. After a week of trying, multiple phone calls, line messages and emails the transfer finally arrived today but this is my first and last dealing with DeeMoney.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

They used be good in 2023, however this time it was terrible, it shouldn't be 1 star. It should be zero stars! I transferred money on September 9, and it didn't go.It was still"processing" , I called a couple days later. Same story as in the other reviews,they said, it's a problem with their partner in Europe. Also their staff doesn't give full name. This looked quite shady to me A week later I decided to cancel. After many frustrating phonecalls , half of them unanswered
and unanswered Line messages. This had to be done by email. Then they finally completed the transfer on Friday the 21st They are advertising that there is no transfer fee this month to lure and deceive /mislead people, saying your transfer is done in 24 hours . NOT SO! I was lucky they completed it in 2 weeks.Others according to the reviews have been waiting longer. I am very disappointed in them, I don't trust the anymore and will never use them again.i would say : STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, My Transaction dated 20th Aug 24, TXN ID: 9C8F6FB0 is still not completed. There is no proper response from call center agents on complaint, manager laying to us and not responding to call, On LINE app they just provide standard reply but no action. No action in spite of sending email to customer care team. This is fraud company I will never ever recommend this to anyone....

Absolute scam

Despite their website advertising 1-day transaction times, my money has been stuck with them for over 3 weeks now. They're never able to provide ETAs, they simply keep apologizing and telling me to be patient. I've now asked for a refund, I hope it won't take another 3 weeks.

Stay away from these scammers.

28 days later…

To back up what these reviews have been saying, DeeMoney has changed from reliable to unreliable in a matter of months. My latest transaction is on its 28th day and still processing. The Line team are obviously firefighting lots of angry customers and the cracks are starting to show in their patience and professionalism. I have recommended this service to friends and now I feel like an idiot. Your customers need some assurances DeeMoney, this is simply not good enough.

UPDATE - 71 days later, after a huge amount of stress, hundreds of Line messages and emails, plus some expensive international calls, I finally got my money back.
My money had been held by an intermediary called SawasdeeShop and I honestly thought it was gone forever. DeeMoney decided they could no longer process the transaction and cancelled it, and it was returned to my Thai bank account with a meagre email apology. My emails requesting to be paid interest for amount of time they were holding my money have been ignored.

Since I still needed to move the money, I decided to use a direct SWIFT service which is traceable and bank-to-bank and I was only charged a small sum by Kbank. The money was in my UK account by the next day.
I advise you to do the same. DeeMoney is untrustworthy and seems on the brink of collapse.

Last 2 months is awful

Same as everyone here the time taken to transfer is terrible and the excuses are feeble.
However they still advertise their service.
I agree it is headed towards criminal
Behaivour as the excuses are not specific on the issue. It was all working 2 months ago but now has gone bad.

very bad service

very bad service , promising does not happend but delay till today since 27 Aug 2024, can't even make the transaction happend, further to ask to cancel the transfer and need to take another 7 days to get the refund. what a failure on the advertise versa the actual execution is totally a suck

WARNING NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

My young family member informed me her emergency transfer has shockingly taken over 17 days and still not credited to the receiver account.... this has caused her many issues, it is beyond horrible service.. this is borderline criminal behavior...promising 'next day', T+1, 24h 'guarantee' everything is now marketing lies to get more people to sign up boost the numbers.... NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. SCB is so much better than them and same price good fx rate

Very disappointing

The transfer kept showing "Processing" for 2 weeks and after requesting for cancellation, they did it after 3 days and now its been more than a week and my funds are not credited in my account. Tried everything (Line, Email, Phone) and they wont respond. Please help if anyone knows what should I do in such situation.

Waiting a month for transfer

I have now been waiting a month for a transfer of a considerable amount of money to my UK account.

Every time I contact them (on line several times and via gmail) I either get ignored or I get a robotic response telling me that that the fault is 'their partners' and that they are taking it seriously. There is no sympathy for the amount of financial issues this is causing me, nor am I receiving any kind of reassurances about whether the money will actually ever arrive in my account. They said I could cancel the transfer, but this might not even be possible due to the cash now being with their 'partners'. What is the issue with their 'partners'?! surely they know and could be far more clear about what the issues are and hence give me more reassurance. I am understandably very anxious and I feel that their level of customer services around something so sensitive is unbelievably bad! Guys, honestly please do not use them, I'd hate for anyone else to be going through this. :(

3 weeks processing and counting

Made a THB transfer request via their app to EU bank account on 13th August.
Today being 5th September still pending/processing.

Taking so long is totally unacceptable
Their useless AI chatbot and unanswered support emails is very worrying.

Any viable alternatives?

Terrible service, not recommend to use it

I transferred money since 26 August, today is 5 September. It has been 9 working days already. I follow up what is going on. Their respond are technical problem, holidays, etc. And no more other things to solve the problem or inform me of any progress to fix the problem.

Just beautiful words that has nothing to do with my transferring. Sir, we have already forwarded your transaction to our related team and we're currently following up on your behalf but unfortunately, we were unable to receive a positive update from their end until now.

We do understand it must be frustrating for you and we really wish to help push the transaction through so it can be completed as soon as possible, however, due to today and tomorrow being the weekend we will need to wait for the upcoming Monday and hope for a positive update sir.

Until Thursday, still quiet. I follow up but no answer.

Terrible terrible service. Never ever use this company again.
