Being a first time home buyer I was very impressed with this service provided by Hayley and Darren!
Prior to viewing the property we was lucky enough to view the property in a very short amount of time and Darren was not only welcoming, polite, smiley but also gave us enough time to look around and the right amount of detail was given about the property. Darren also got our offer in quick and helped advise us on the price!
During purchasing transaction of the property Hayley was very attentive and communication was excellent! Hayley sped up the process as much as possible and gave me as a buyer a lot of updates!
Once at completion it was very nice to be given the keys by Darren who initially showed us around our beautiful home was there ready to give me the keys and I had the best welcome and a beautiful card!
To both Darren and Hayley: I can’t thank you enough! I would give you 10 stars if it would have allowed!!!

Received our keys yesterday from Hayley at Deeds and got to say what a pleasure it was to deal with her,nothing was too much trouble and Hayley went that extra mile to make sure things stayed on track for a smooth transaction and chased everything up for both the vender and ourselves,dont think we will be moving for a few years but would deffinatly look at using Deeds Estate Agent and would highly recommend using them, also only met Hayley's husband Darren once when he met us at the property to show us around but also found Darren a delight to deal with and even answered some questions and cleared some things up for us, can only describe them both as very professional nice and polite people who made the whole process as seamless as possible,many thanks.

Fast ( very fast sale). Helpful .friendly nothing was to much trouble for them ...would and have recommended to family and friends.

I found my whole experience with the company was excellent in all aspects of buying my property. The staff went above and beyond there jobs to assist me. Fantastic.

When I first met with various estate agents I met Darren from Deeds. He had a brilliant personality. Unfortunately I decided to go with purplebricks. It ended up being a complete waste of money and customer service was disgraceful. After a few months being on the market Darren got in touch to help sell my property. Within 6 weeks he sold it. His work ethic backed up by Hayley was impeccable. They really know how to look after their clients and made it a very pleasurable rather than a stressful experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would use them in the future for sure.

l was Darren's first client both him and Hayley went over and above expectations .I would recommend them to everybody who wants to sell or buy any property.He is now acting for my daughter who also can't speak highly enough of them.Lyn
