WRONG knives delivered, they won't make it right
I ordered 2 sets of knives. Immediately, I sent an email to change one of the sets to a different branding. It was a Sunday so I was worried it would be too late. On Monday I received an email that they could make the change. They did NOT. I have spent WEEKS on emails with Customer Serv. and all I get is lies and brick walls. Then, you cant EVER speak with anyone, and they shove you off to another division that doesn't respond. NEVER ORDER from this company.. They are impossible to deal with.
