I waited a couple of weeks for delivery and when it finally arrived I recieved the wrong items I had to call customer service twice before they sent me a return shipping label. Customer service was very courteous and helpful but unfortunately I had to go elsewhere to buy the right product.

Did kill 2 fly in one week, even spider ale there home there.

Ordered and received in good time 3 valves. Each valve function once (to close) and refused to function again (to open).
Two different telephone reps. were unable to provide a solution and could offer no more information than was in the packaged instructions. valves were returned for credit.

The pump seems to work fine, as little as I've used it so far.
Except that the float valve shutoff is unusable if you are trying to pump from a source of less than 3' water depth. Meaning one has to tie the float up onto something so that the motor will even run. This means there is NO automatic shutoff if water gets low (unless you want to stop at 3' depth).

Also they pretend to have online support, but just ignore emails.

Edit years later: This was just a temporary glitch, and I did receive a reply later, offering to replace, which I declined. Pump has been working fine. The only complaint I have is that very heavy cast iron is mounted on a flimsy thin sheet metal base which gets bent out of shape unless you set it down very gingerly, something I learned the hard way.

Product actually better than expected, great price

i purchased this expenses paper cutter which arrived very fast but it was poorly packaged so the main front knob was broken in pc . but than when i called and emailed for help the tried very hard to get me a new placement part even than it took a while to get it but @ the end it arrived and i hope to install it soon so we can start to use this machine soon .

Product was as advertised and received in a timely manner

We ordered an inexpensive electric juicer for citrus. It stops working when you push down hard enough to actually juice the fruit. The plastic lid was cracked when received but not important for its function so we did not return it. The purchase price does not warrant the return shipping so we will simply discard it. The company shipped promptly without problems but the product itself was very poor quality and damaged upon receipt.

Customer service follow up was superb. They will get you what you need or make it right. That's all you can ask for

i had to wait a month to receive a item that was marked in stock and was told it was in stock over seas not in the US. The even bigger problem is what i saw and ordered is not what i received. The item also does not work properly or fully.

Received my cutter in a timely manner without damage. Thats all I wanted

I have ordered a small refrigerator as a Xmas gift. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock for months. The customer service kept me posted on the order status and waive the shipping fee and give me 10% discount of the item.

Overall, even the item is delayed on shipping but I am very impressed by the customer service. Usually, you can only find this kind of quality with Amazon.com

I have received the item 2 months later but everything works perfectly and thanks for the free overnight shipping!!
