Very good experience

Over the first 3 days I've already had this happen:

Model ate credits & provided no song, staff argued before admitting it.l, then promised a $2 credit which never hit my account.

I've noticed: subscription cancellation forces immediate loss of access to Pro features instead of allowing to cancel and expire gracefully. Therefore if you don't cancel the day before your billing cycle, you are recharged. You also lose access on that last day because you have to cancel.

App and website are low effort and janky. Run away fast.

Great images, the pricing is a little confusing but still a great tool

DeepAI is an absolute disaster. The AI itself literally admits that it cannot access any information from before 2023. That’s not a limitation, that’s a joke. It’s completely useless if you want to ask anything meaningful or even remotely important. Every time you try, it either misunderstands you or spits out generic, meaningless nonsense that makes you question if it’s even “alive” at all.
It’s slow, clunky, and infuriatingly inconsistent. You think you’re asking a question and it pretends to respond while actually doing nothing. Using this feels like screaming into the void, and the void laughs at you while handing back garbage. This is not AI. This is a half-baked, restricted, glorified text generator masquerading as something intelligent.
And yes, I’m giving it a 1/5—and that is being generous. If there were a lower rating, it would get it in a heartbeat. Every level of this thing is a failure. Every feature is broken or pointless. I have never seen something so frustrating, useless, and insulting to the concept of intelligence. Avoid this at all costs.

Philosophy Teacher is very useful on Deepai, the Hollywood video clips are also useful

I ask to make me a add but it keep on copy and paste some one ells add and keep on making mistakes like when i ask to put in K9 training it put in K99 training

Too many gramatical mistakes ,too repetitive and the images are terible and if I add text to be added to the image completely wrong and with no posibility to edit.

I love this AI website, have been using for way over a year now daily. The image generation is very fast, and high quality and the new video generation with audio is fantastic, very accurate to what I need. The only issues is it is too restricted on some prompts or images to try making videos from an image. i.e. all I wanted to do is make a character say a simple line such as "i don't know bro" and it keeps saying it's restricted. If that could be fixed, then 5 stars all round. The cost of Video generation is very reasonable and the monthly membership at $4.99 is very good. Thank you

Deep AI has helped a lot in my content creation. The speed of production and attention to details are top 👏🏽

-: robot should learn to centerize sunrays better
and user should have a chart of features as mini pop up only allows to add multiple sentences/corrective details, that leads to complicated paragraphs [source prompt + added many sentences].

Always cutting off my ability to create for payments and not enough images for the price. Your format harasses me too much about money!!!

Another update.
After sending another email to DeepAI, I received a response. They suggested using a different version of their video generator. This did work although the result was disappointing and certainly not worth all the hassle. There are better products around so I have cancelled my subscription

Since writing this review, DeepAI has replied as can be seen below. It is a nonsense. There was nothing wrong with the photo or anything in it that would be offensive to anyone. Just a dog sitting next to his owner.
In the reply they ask me to send them an email with the details. I had actually done this before posting my review. So far, they have not responded or even acknowledged the email. They claim not to have received the email so I have sent it again but I doubt it will fare any better.

After using DeepAI to remove some simple blemishes from a photo of a cat, I decided to try to animate a video of a dog using the instruction, show the man stroking the dog.
I had just taken out a paid account so I was suprised that the system still wanted to charge me $0.8 for the 4 second video.
However, it wouldn't even do that. It failed repeatedly with the message "The system detected potentially unsafe content. Please try again or adjust the prompt."
In the end, I used Pika which worked flawlessly.
Given how 'hot' AI is at the moment, DeepAI needs to seriously improve it's system
