total crap. don't waste your money or time. particularly if you need k2s links to work. Leo (if that's his real name) is prepared to judge you and tell you your links are not valid when they ARE 100% VALID. they are paid to work but they seldom do. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Great Price, service and product

Went through a few 1 star reviews. Got me wondering if the reviewers refer to the same deepbrid that i use because I have had an account with deepbrid for years but have never experienced payment issues.

Of course there are occasional download hiccups but I normally wait a little while and they just fix themselves.

And compared to other debrid sites, the pricing is quite reasonable.

Would i recommend deepbrid? Most definitely!

I don't trust this service, becuse the most of the cases I couldn't download anything!!!!!

I’ve had a great experience with DeepBird so far. Easy transaction which’s definitely better than most sites that require you to call your bank or force you to purchase their services through third party. Their prices are very reasonable.
As for the upload and download speeds, I’m extremely pleased with it.

I know this has its flaws, some limits, some downtimes (for single services) and sometime I just need to come back after an hour and it will works.

But very most times it does work as expected.

I rate 5/5 because I consider the price. It's cheaper than any other similar service that does what I need.

Works with and without jdownlader

I previously had a bad experience with Deepbrid. I have subscribed for 15 days but nothing worked. I have asked for support, but no one was attending. So, then I called it quits and never again used the service.

After few weeks, I have received a link for the review. So, I did write my experience and even chat for the support. However, before closing the page, someone has replied to my message (chat). He apologized sincerely with the bad experience. Then, to compensate with the service that was not used, he has given me free 15-day subscription to test the service again.

Now, I am using the service, and it is working fine. I was able to download with rapidgator twice today. What I can say is, give them a chance. They seem to be improving their service.

Service doesn’t work. They said they’d process my refund in 24-72 hrs. It’s been over a week and no refund. No reply from customer service. They should be investigated and shut down for fraud.

Avoid!!!!

Paid a yearly subscription. Downloader doesnt work for almost all of major hosts. Support doesnt answer at all to my inquiries. Had to contact paypal to get the refund.

I've been using deepbrid for a few months to download some pretty heavy stuff, today it surprised me because it also integrated rapidgator, I highly recommend it!

While this service is intended to assist with downloading files from Takefile, Rapidgator, or Hotlink, it frequently experiences downtime. (Always-) This unreliability makes it a poor choice for users who need consistent access to these file-hosting services.

On the positive side, download speeds are generally acceptable. (The one that is working-)

If you decide to request a refund, be prepared to wait 3-7 days for a response from customer support. In the absence of a reply within that timeframe, you can initiate a chargeback through your bank (which can take 7-60 days). Keep in mind that a chargeback may require proof that you were unable to use the service and received no response from their support team.

I only chose the 3-day, $4.35 option to try the service out, and I'm glad I did. I also used a service to generate a one-time credit card through Privacy.com, and I recommend that.

I was not able to generate links for anything. As an example, it said the hosting service (Rapidgator) was down, but it wasn't. I was able to download the file straight from Rapidgator .

For the next two links, it said either the link was dead, or the hosting service was not supported. These two additional hosting services were both supported, and the links were not dead. In each case, I was able to download the file straight from each hosting service.

I created a ticket with Deepbrid that was supposed to be answered in 24 hours. It never was, and I can't even access the ticket. Luckily, Privacy.com refunded my money

Kann man nur von abraten. Wenn überhaupt was funktioniert dann sind es es die Filehoster ddownload und katfile, aber auch bei denen bekommt man meistens nur "Filehoster under maintenance on our site" oder "Filehoster not supported".

The worst service and customer care are pathetic. Highly advise do not subscribe this service.
