I bought it for 32 USD and I've uploaded 4 pictures and 2 of them literally SUCKED. There's no movement and I can't re-edit it or ask the platform do re-do it. I lost the credits and there's nothing I can't do about it. I feel scammed. I'm paying for something I'm not getting

First I thought I got scammed because it was not working and I was getting no response from their support email. I got a different email address through paypal and I got a response. They told me to resubmit the video a be patient becuase "the AI gets overloaded". Eventually, I got what I wanted.
