Took out money after cancelling subscription + won't let me delete my account

Contacted customer support to stop my subscription. They said they did. Over a month later, they still took money out of my account - granted it was put back in later, but the point is my bank details should not be touched when my subscription is cancelled. PLUS it won't let me delete my account. I get an "error failed to delete account" message (tested several different days). This program, at best, is suspect in how they deal with personal account information. AVOID this program. There are litterally dozes of alternatives out there. I would give it zero stars if I could.
