defencebyte is simply the best thing! It works wonderfully and does not put any pressure on the system. I personally highly recommend this software.

After dealing with this company for over 2 plus years, I and my wife found it very hard each time I had to call them to try and understand the Indian accents to solve our issues. In the past year we got on 2 occasions a phone call from Defencebyte saying that they had been made aware of spamware/virus notifications on our computer. How they knew this I'm not sure!!! On each occasion they said that we needed to purchase additional software ($299) to overcome the problem. We did this once to only find that in another couple of months we had the same phone call and stating that again we needed to purchase the additional ($299) software, to which we refused as we found this suspicious. The final issue this week was when I had a problem with Windows and after Defencebyte working on our computer for nearly 6 hours the computer was in a worse state. They wanted to download my entire programs and information to reset it, to which I declined as it is used in conjunction with my business. That day I rang a local computer technician to come the following day to find the issue was that the Windows program had not been updated for some time which slowly crippled the operational speed of the computer. What was disturbing was that when we finally got it started the Defencebyte technician from the previous day (Yogi) was still remotely connected and some additional software had been installed which enabled them access to my computer unknowingly, which I was advised by my local technician, who removed it immediately at my request.
After speaking to Defencebyte today I ask if they knew what the issue was, but they were unable to give me a straight answer but were willing to charge the normal $299 to fix IT!!!!!.
My computer technician was here for less than a hour to download the current Windows version and it has never run better or faster.
Please beware if you intend dealing with Defencebyte!!!

BEWARE!!!!! I believe this 'defencebyte' is a scam. I was charged way over the amount the programs indicate they cost and their support team is not helpful. They repeat over and over "it is non-refundable". I happened across this charge looking through past paid credit card statements. I was charged $246.85 months ago and there was NO defencebyte program on my computer. They installed it today, but I already have ANTI-VIRUS programs working that I did request and pay for. They took control of my computer to install this program, which I find disturbing. Do Not Download this hype program and read everything about the company you can. If you do, you will not take part of this SCAM.

Be on alert with this company. They want to sell you stuff you don't need. When you have trouble installing the software after downloading it there are no help files no matter the link you click. Instead you have to contact them. They offer help by asking you to get access to your PC. Look through the reviews on this site. Most of them have a standard phrase suggesting they post the reviews themselves. They also don't have a corporate email address raising further suspicion.

I am 60 year old person who suddenly got a call from defencebyte saying that your system is in danger so you just need to buy the antivirus and anti ransomware software to protect your system. Initially they suggested to buy the anti virus but later said to buy defencebyte computer optimizer and anti ransomware also. Being a non technical person i believed them and bought the software.

However, all the 3 software were of bad quality and i felt that my data was not safe, and also my computer became very slow after using the product.

Therefore, in order to save your data and computer speed first don't buy computer optimizer and other anti virus software from the indian company defencebyte.

If you really need antivirus you can go for leading brand not for brands which are in beta version and not tested.

I am very pleased with the work you have done on my computer and all the help that you gave me.
