Fantastic packaging ensured that my collectible Boxset arrived in pristine condition.
Other companies use awful packaging resulting in damaged items a lot of the time!

I always enjoy shopping at deff.com. They are not as well known as their competitors, so they often still have titles in stock that are about to go out-of-print, that have sold out elsewhere. I actually like using their website, because it has quite an individual look and feel, whereas so many other online stores just feel really generic. Their prices I've always found to be competitive. Best of all though, for me, is the quality of their packaging which is second to none. Items always packed really safe and reliably sturdy. I've never received a broken case in the post from Deff.

Outstanding as always. My item was delivered promptly and in bomb-proof packaging.
Again, a suggestion for the management - the company should keep track of their competition and pricing on the market, because there's been no single "2 for £30" 4K Blu-ray deal on the Deff site, so despite the fantastic performance, the customers may still seek a cheaper place to buy 4K discs from.
