Delayed delivery and poor communication
Ordered bleed control kit from them and waited for delivery in 7 working days. After 3 weeks of silence I checked status on the order in the website to see no update. I had to chase customer service to get status who imforms about some issue at manufacturing site causing lack of stock and delay. I feel they collected the payment and went silent.

We bought a Defibrillator for our work place from Defib4life. Very high standard of service, care and attention. Steve based in Scotland was fantastic coming in to give us quick instruction on its operation which was very helpful and comforting to know that if ever needed we had the knowledge to use it. Highly recommend Defib4life!!
