Great experience. Starting from booking my appointment with the receptionist to helping me with the technical glitch to my online appointment with Dr Paige, all was superb. Fantastic customer service. I have not had a treatment yet but will highly recommend the clinic for how comfortable they make their clients. 5 stars !!

Paige At Define Clinic is the most wonderful and helpful practitioner I have ever came across. I have had a Coolsculpting done with her and can highly recommend her professional and honest approach. Paige is highly experienced , caring and have the safety of the patient as her highest priority.

I had Botox treatment for the first time ever back in 2021, with Dr Teuta Berisha. I have since gone back twice for a top-up and will remain a loyal client of hers. I am very picky and (understandably) selective with my face, but Dr Berisha made me so comfortable and her attention to detail is to be praised. She is a perfectionist and really cares for her clients. I’m really pleased with the results. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Dr Benji Dhillon is just amazing!
I have always said I would never any filler in my face… as I’m too nervous!
I have always looked after my skin and have regular facials and non invasive treatments, however the last 12 months I have been unhappy with lines around my mouth.. I have admired friends that have procedures but always thought it wasn’t for me. After a friend visited Dr Benji, I saw her results, I was so impressed.
I made an appointment and asked if I could have my consultation and treatment on the same day….. Pamela who made my appointment was just lovely and put me at ease, I knew if I didn’t do both on the same day, I probably wouldn’t return!
On the day of my treatment from the moment I walked in I knew I had made the right decision.
Dr Benji is lovely, told me I would walk out still looking like me, just refreshed.
He was so right the whole experience was amazing. Everything he said about the after treatment was so correct….. I am just over a week since my treatment and absolutely thrilled with my results.
My only regret is I didn’t visit sooner!
I am 54 and if like me you are undecided….. just do it….. you will have no regrets!

I had a wonderful experience at Define clinic; the staff is always helpful, attentive, and friendly. I cannot recommend Dr. Benji Dhillon highly enough, and so grateful for his professional skills and advice. My results from dermal filler and botox injections have never been as good as they do when I see Dr Dhillon, and I could notice visible improvement from all treatments I had at Define clinic.

I have had a few treatments at Define Clinic recently all the treatments are well explained and and the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Arreni is amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and gave me great advice on what the treatment would entail and what I could expect. I’m on medication, which Dr Arreni knew all about and gave me info on how this could effect my treatment, which put me at ease. I am so so happy with the outcome of my treatment and cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror!

Blown away with how comfortable I felt! After thinking about the procedure for a long time and after lots of research I’m so happy I chose define clinic! Thank you for making the whole process comfortable, reassuring and relaxed!

The staff at Define clinic were friendly courteous and explained the procedure in great detail . I had lost part of a front tooth bonding and Dr Shabri fixed it beautifully!!

I’m very happy with the treatment I had with Dr Dhillon, he explained everything in full detail and I’m extremely happy with the results. All the team at Define made me feel very welcome and I would highly recommend this clinic.

The Define Clinic is the only place I trust to go-to for any treatments. I know that I will be in safe hands, and will be given honest information about the treatment I am having. I find the fees are reasonable, and all of the staff are polite and helpful. I can highly recommend Dr. Dhillon and The Define Clinic.

I work out regularly and watch what i eat, however was unable to direct my weight loss where I wanted to! I decided to try Coolsculpting and am so happy with my results. I had a consultation with Paige at the clinic, who ensured I was well informed of the risks and what the procedure involved.

The clinic was clean and luxurious and I was able to catch up on Netflix whilst I had my treatment. The post treatment massage on the area was my least favourite part but nothing I couldn't handle.

I am 12 weeks post treatment and couldn't be happier. I have given permission for my photos to be used so if you are sceptical please ask to see them! You will not be disappointed!

Professional and friendly, I saw Ashleigh who couldn't be more charming. She clearly knows her stuff and put me at ease immediately. If I ever look for further treatments I will be returning to Define.

I've just started going to Define and I've decided to have a number of treatments. So far, I'm very pleased with the results. On top of this, every single member of staff is so welcoming, professional and at the top of their game. It's not very affordable, but you get what you pay for!

I just had the most amazing facial! Byonik really works: my skin feels so hydrated and the area under my eyes is so much smoother. Relaxing, no downtime and effective. Thank you Define Clinic !
