Ordered 20mtr lights from watching a video and the ones that turned up were nothing like what was described 😡 no reply on emails either very disappointed and angry 😡

I ordered one of the ninja t-shirts. I got it really quickly and it was of good quality. Happy with the service!

I ordered 4 badges early September 2024. On the 27/09/24 I received a message that my items totalling £30.20, had been delivered. Despite many emails, the supplier has been extremely unhelpful. I have still not received my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I only given 1 star, because it would not log my review otherwise.

Never received goods, saying it was delivered elsewhere and refusing to help or send replacement. Have reported to authorities.

I bought their double sided tape for my motor home to keep things from moving. I paid £14.99 and the roll was so small l would be lucky to stick 2 things down. They offered me £1 as compensation then £2. Will not use this company again. The tape they show is much bigger.

Please note that the below order number has arrived safely but damaged and ripped plus no charging lead I am very disappointed and would either like a replacement or a full refund I await your reply .

No I don’t agree with 4stars.
I ordered the shaman drum in august 2024 that they advertised. Cost £31.99 +p&p. The drum I received was nothing like the pictures and video they used to advertise the drum. It was a lot smaller and not a leather bound handle it had a handle that had been cut out of ply wood with laminate print on. Was not a leather skin to make the drum and it had a stencil pattern on it. Which as advertised was unpainted. The stick was tiny and not bounded in the way it was advertised. Messages to and from said I couldn’t return it as it would cost me to much to send it back to china offered me a £3. Discount.
Absolutely fuming.

I return the product on June 20th as it did not fit, In spite of several e mails i have not been able to get my money returned. My e mails are ignored.

Placed an order which did not get delivered. After chasing for a delivery date, this was the reply;

We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

Comedy outfit. I am ashamed to admit that I bought an electrical knife sharpener from this bunch of tossers. Their customer service emails are hilarious, in hindsight. I only lost £10, thankfully.

I orders a few jumpsuits through instagram 6 wks later nothing and no response from the seller. This should not be allow using instagram as a platform. I’m fuming

SCAMMERS

Purchased a cashmere sweater which arrived but was definitely not cashmere, had no tags whatsoever on the sweater not even washing instructions. Definiten is identified as a scam website if you do a search. I tried contacting customer service but no response apart from a link which doesn't help at all.

SCAM WARNING - Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a tough dog toy which was advertised as suitable for tough chewers and guess what it wasn’t!! It fell apart on the first use.

Customer service refused to refund and offered a £1 refund. Said my dogs teeth must have been too sharp!!

Don’t fall for this rubbish company save yourself the hassle and money!! Google the company and you will see SCAM warnings everywhere!!!
