Everywhere I searched, it was the first in the world. I decided to use this platform.

many of us were deceived and money stolen by this company. does anyone work for the defiquant company, or is there some way to get the stolen money?

website has closed down. All funds stolen.

Today(23rd March 2024) the website & App are inaccessible. I have invested not much with a test out mentality but nevertheless being scammed still feels super super annoyed!!! Warning to all who intends to join or invest, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT AT ALL!!!

I also was scammed on this site. Once you invest they tell you that you did not purchase the correct number of units and your account is frozen. You will continue to be asked to purchase more units to get your funds released but they never are released. PLEASE do not send this site your money!

MASSIVE SCAM. Stole everything within 24hrs. The keep asking you to put in more money. It's called pig butchering scam. Special place in hell for scum like this.

If you read through the comments, it's obvious that it's a scam.
The site itself is already very non-transparent and not trustworthy.
I wouldn't invest a penny there.

Frozen withdrawel / account, new investment requirements, investment not withdrawable, the only solution to this is to invest and buy more plans according to the online help.
Conclude yourself, but I do not get a solution to get my invested funds back.

I have purchased an additional plan after contact, this was suffient. so I do not understand

Sir, the activation failed because the time between the two unit plans exceeded the combined activation time. You need to purchase two unit plans from the same unit plan to activate the contract.

There is nowhere an indication of the exceeding, and the instruction was to buy another
besides this, the hard obligation to do this at the same time in the same purchase is not indicated.

I have purchased 2 times the plan, and I have requested before the 2nd plan if this was sufficient on the requirement. Now changing the instructions is really strange, there is nowhere an reference to an maximal timeframe nor any other indication after the first plan that this would not be sufficient.
I see some entries on trustpilot that gives me a feeling this is going on purpose, can you proof me that I am not scammed?

Sir, this can be proven to be true. The time between the two 1 unit plans you purchased exceeds the effective activation time, so the technical reminder is that purchasing the 2 unit plans at the same time is enough to activate the contract.

where is the effective activation time mentioned and also shown? what ways to resolve this?

Sir you need to buy 2 unit plans at the same time. Since you purchased 1 piece, the system notified you in time, but you exceeded the time, causing the combination package activation to fail.

I have bought 2 plans, I ask to resolve the issue and provide a solution. You indicate the restrictions can be lifted. So I ask please do so. Answering only with buying 2 additional plans does not help, I cannot do at this moment and I als do expect that you can resolve this. resolving is more than an answer buy more. this also sound not as a real financial company solution to an issue that is caused by not forcing to only buy 2 units in the ordering process if this was so important.
I would like to understand the solution you can offer, without response I will at least put this whole chat on some websites as a warning to other potential investers.

That is the situation until now, no solution.

Offcourse the standard message that is posted by DefiQuant on truspilot will come, suggesting solutions as an answer.

If anything changes I will edit this entry to reflect the situation. Be very warned by the above.

I can't withdraw my funds. After getting in contact with the costumer service team chat they told me I have an unfulfilled contract and the settlement has been frozen. they don't specify what it is and my funds are frozen for 5 days already

Dear Mr. Heery,
the issue lays exactly on the unclearness of the unfulfilled contract. I tried to clear the situation but the answer (when I got one) was always:
"Sir, your account has not fulfilled the contract and the settlement has been frozen. It needs to be fulfilled before normal settlement can be carried out. There will be no settlement during the freeze period. After the contract is fulfilled, the system will make up for the profit during the period.".
The initially invested funds were deposited on my DefiQuant account, but I couldn't withdraw the money, although it could be reinvested, dispite the profits of the new booked plan not being deposited and the days not being counted.
