Really fast and simple UI, one can go in-depth if one wants, but it still stays simple and easily readable.
I won't even start on the low costs for transactions and minimal fees. Just perfect!

Good platform, and very good prices, especially in Switerland.
A few improvement areas to my opinion:
- Transferring money from your standard bank account often goes wrong, and the money goes missing for 14 days and finally gets booked back to the original account
- Transferring money via Sofort -- expecially on a mobile -- often does not work, and need to do it on a desktop computer
- A graph showing portfolio evolution long waited for...

I initially believed the negative reviews were probably over exaggerated and that the customer service cannot be THAT bad. I was wrong, it's worse that bad, it's practically non-existent.

I tried signing up for an account with DEGIRO and things looked to go smooth.... until money became involved. I was asked to complete a small transfer in order to complete the process - which I did. Days go by, no response, no account access. I wrote the client service desk and sent a copy of proof of transfer. The half baked response I received gave me the impression no effort was put into actually reading my eMail. I replied and then received an automated response in French (no problem, I speak French, but still, why!?) from degiro.fr. I once again, I sent a reply, then received an automated response from degiro.co.uk, once again, why!?

I replied with the request to cancel my application and delete all my personal information. If they cannot even manage to support a new client being set up, how can they manage my money and investments? I have zero faith in this company and I advise anyone signing up with them to proceed with EXTREME caution.

Hey DEGIRO, instead of spending time and effort responding to reviews and commentary on Trustpilot, how about spending that energy on improving your customer service instead!?

Edit (response to DEGIRO reply): No. Your service agents responded as well. I actually received another reply today from an agent who clearly did not read my eMail. I am not interested in doing business with DEGIRO and instead will open an account with Interactive Brokers.

DEGIRO is super easy and cheap to use! Can't go wrong. Great mobile app.

For me is the Degiro, the Best Online Broker ever. Costumerservice is Top and Prices really Low

Easy to use platform with excellent pricing and a fairly wide range of investments available

I really like Degiro for Trading and had no problems with it yet. Some features which are missing but a nice to have are the possibility to automatically export your Portfolio to different platforms for example Yahoo Finance and to own part-shares. But I would still recommend Degiro.
