The best combination of reliability and low fees
I think its as reliable as classic traditional banks and the same time the fees in Degiro are much more lower. I also like the graphs and the information for each stock and the app is very user friendly. I use Degiro for the last 5,5 years and everything is fine

Great Platform Easy To Undertsand. Minor Issues But Might Be Just Me
It is a great platform that helps you a lot especially when you are a beginner investor such as myself. Excellent customer support, Great GREEK stocks, Easy to understand...
The only reason that I put 4 out of 5 is that sometimes I can't understand the "fees" so to speak. For example, When a stock is 10Euros and considering that the fee is 1.50Euro when I try to buy ONE stock it says that the total would be 20 euros including fees. So I think that what might help would be an explained detailed sheet as to why per se a stock that has 10 euros with a fee of 1.50 euros would cost 20 euros to buy one share.

If you have any questions about a certain fee, you can also contact our Service Desk per mail or phone. If you do it by mail and send a screenshot of what you see, they can explain it to you. Sometimes there is a certain tick size, so you need to buy at least an X amount of shares. Or there can be a price limit. This can be implemented by the exchange in some cases too. Just contact our Service Desk so we can help you with this.

Amazing platform, fast/secure and very trustworthy. My only negative thing is that you cant deposit money via card instant and you need to w8 2-3 days.

Regarding the transfer of money: If your bank offers SEPA Instant Payments, the amount will be credited to your account and available for within 5 seconds.
Some banks offer this as standard for all deposits, while others offer it as an additional service, for which you may have to pay extra. For more information and to see if your bank offers SEPA Instant Payments, contact your bank.
