Exactly what I needed
Easy to use, low comissions platform.
The interface could be a bit more user-friendly.
The P&L and performance could be shown in the portfolio section per position opened and not for the total lets say stocks you own for one firm.
Last but not least as already said passive investors in Europe cannot invest anymore on ETFs. I know you are working on it. Please translate and 'unlock' as many ETFs as possible

It may be the case that a KID in English or Greek is available, but the product is not registered for distribution, as it has not been passported to your country. In general we have seen that if a ETF is passported to your country a KID is also available in your language.
Passporting and providing a KID in the local language is the responsibility of the issuers and we are not allowed to translate it for example.

Great overall, but cannot buy UCITS ETFs anymore.
It is great overall, but they need to give a solution to the clients that want to buy UCITS ETF, because otherwise it is unusable for most passive investors based in the EU.

Unfortunately, due to regulations it is not possible to offer all ETFs in Greece. As Europe's leading online broker, we are in contact with the issuers of the ETFs/funds. Apart from making the KID available in the local language, the product must also be passported for distribution to your country.
We understand this is an inconvenience, however, passporting and providing a KID in the local language is the responsibility of the issuers.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. You lost a star because once you maintained your platform the stock markets were opened and for a period of 30 minutes I couldn't make any transactions.

Suggest but there is room for big improvements
So far so good. Nice env, easy for novices, many ETFs to choose, the most important free of charge once per month. Fees in general are ok, I find the platform great for DCA strategy and long term strategy. Big downside the custody account turned obsolete.
They have to bring it back. Also an investing account like the d-account would benefit everyone since flatex is a bank they could provide account with a reasonable interest rate.
