Bought Covatar dehumidifier after reading top 3 reviews by Luke Edwards/journalist. Promised delivery by 31st December didn't arrive. On delving further into this model discovered it was previously sold under the name of Raveno UK and prior to that Dryease UK. I had been given a Royal mail tracking no. which was not recognised and a url site which showed up as Web error. When checking my credit card statement I discovered it was to a company in Hong Kong which immediately sent alarm bells ringing. I contacted my credit card company to dispute this payment. After several emails to Covatar it eventually arrived a week later. I now wish to return same but low and behold no return label or address. This is when I looked up trustpilot site and with hindsight should have done before ordering but didn't know the seller had changed name so maybe wouldn't have found out. BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM.
After reading reviews now waiting on return call from my credit card company. Watch this space.

I bought a Brolin dehumidifier from them in November. It turned up quickly, and the device works OK, but I had a few issues that I needed advice on. Unfortunately, I've not been able to get a response from their customer services even though I have left them messages via email and web form.

It's a shame as the device is good, was reasonably priced, and the order process was smooth (ignoring the fact there was no receipt or acknowledgement of the order), but as it's so difficult to get any response from the company regarding any issues I can't recommend using them.

I placed an order via the website purely on the fact of them offering next-day delivery. I am now waiting 8 days with no communication. I have called them countless amount of times only for someone to answer once for her to tell me she was going to call back once she had contacted the courier. I am still waiting. Do not use if you need in an emergency or don't mind giving your money away.

Dealt with George who gave great advice about a suitable dehumidifier, based on my budget and what I needed it for. I've been using it just over a month (Brolin QT8) and am really pleased with it. Looks great, not too loud, very easy to empty and not overly heavy to move between rooms. Had a few mix ups with delivery and a missing humidity monitor but this was sorted with a few friendly emails. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs some expert guidance on choosing a home dehumidifier.

Ordered an in stock item (eco air dd128) just prior to Xmas, supposedly next day delivery. No updates received for over 10 days after order confirmation email and answer phone message saying out of business hours on a normal business day. Actually I needed the item quite urgently, so this was more frustrating for me than it would normally have been. In the end the company got back to me and confirmed there was no stock and a communication problem. Very politely quickly refunded, so I have edited my initial review to reflect the my overall experience of what appears to have been a genuine mix up and bad timing over the holiday period.

Their Service so far is a complete joke, I have ordered a Dehumidifier for a swimming from them, I have called them on a number of occasions as to how things are progressing and there has been no response, just an automated an answering service. I have e-mailed them also on a number of occasions and I have not even received an automated from them on Email.
They have charged me for the item and they have not got back to me as of yet.

The Ebac Homedry 12L is a brilliant dehumidifier. I have been astonished by how much water it has removed from a damp patch in my kitchen, and you can also use it to dry laundry. The after-care service provided by Ebac is prompt and incredibly helpful. Such a good company.

It is easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right, but a truer test is when it doesn't. The unit I ordered became out of stock after I had paid for it, I was quickly informed offered an alternative which I didn't take,however when I did find a unit that suited my requirements I asked them to fulfil the order so impressed was I regarding their customer care.

Looking for a dehumidifier I contacted this company and spoke with Derek one of the customer service team who was really helpful asking me all the questions to help me source the right size unit for my requirements. It arrived within 48 hours and does exactly what he promised. A brilliant service all round.

Great advice from George When I rang. We discussed what I needed the dehumidifier for, and the environment where it will be used, and George recommended an appropriate model, which arrived the next day. Its been installed and running for a little over a month and I have to say that it does the job perfectly.

I would recommend without hesitation Dehumidifiers UK, and George Wrigglesworth in particular.

Spoke to George who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product being purchased and confirmed it would be sufficient for my requirements. Even Emailed me to confirm guarantee timeline as there was an error on the website.

As we've just received our order of a Brolin BR20C dehumidifier, we've not had time to test its efficiency. However, if the excellent level of service we've received equates with the working of our purchase, we will be delighted. It's been a long time since we've ordered with a Company and received the goods in less than 24 hours.
We must mention Jessica in the Office who was helpful, approachable and courteous. Thank you.

After chasing up the delivery in the first place I then had to try to get the FREE weather station. Even with George’s two efforts this has still not been received.
Not impressed and certainly report for wrongly advertised.
